What makes you believe the WA will pass another resolution similar to this one, when this repeal is already passing by a landslide?


The original resolution passed by a landslide and the repeal's main points are, at best, gross misunderstandings of what the resolution does or, at worst, outright lies.

First you need to consider the fluffies; then forget about them. They vote for anything. If the subsequent proposal has a nice title they will vote for it.

Two, your repeal is based on technical problems with the resolution. The repeal does not go against the notion in general. This indicates that people are voting against the technical problems and may vote for a resolution that avoids the technical problems.

Personally I think your technical problems are crap, but I'm not in the majority. The resolution can easily be rewritten to eliminate them.
