I'm not quite sure what you mean by, 'long-term' care and you make a mention of using early learning as a care centre as if it is a bad thing. Shock horror!
Anyway, the author states opinions as if they were facts without backing it up with evidence. I'm going to have to oppose this shrill, unreasonable repeal.
