' thus opening avenues for abuse such as:
The use of early learning as a free long term care center,'

I'm not quite sure what you mean by, 'long-term' care and you make a mention of using early learning as a care centre as if it is a bad thing. :o Shock horror!
Anyway, the author states opinions as if they were facts without backing it up with evidence. I'm going to have to oppose this shrill, unreasonable repeal.
For a voluntary Socialist democratic republic of England, Scotland, Wales and a United Socialist Democratic Federal Republic of Ireland in a United Socialist Europe.
Leave Nato - abolish trident, abolish presidential monarchies (directly elected presidents) and presidential Prime Ministers

"My concerns that the WA would be unwilling to repeal an Education resolution given the popularity of that category were totally unfounded. This will pass by a very healthy margin. Congratulations to the delegate with the dark head apparel."

Repeal "The Early Learning Act" was passed 9,605 votes to 2,535.

Thank you to everyone that supported this resolution, I was surprised by how widely supported this was.
