So, um, I've been trying to submit this for several weekends now, and, um, well...
who wants to help me write a good campaign telegram? I can't seem to write something that doesn't suck. Everything I write sounds like an automated response letter.

The (Utterly Amazing) Oppressing Oppression of Oppressorion has helped me out in this area, and I can't thank him enough!

Am I crazy or this resolution is not mandating anything but a Commitee/Bureaucracy?

Isn't this illegal anyway? What is the problem with racist art (there are lots of freedoms in some member states)? Who is going to decide which kind of art is appropiate or not and by which criteria?

I'm totaly OPPOSED to this legislation. Sorry if I'm being rude....

King Mark III

HEREBY declares that an International Exposition of Culture be held every year for the purpose of fostering international goodwill and recognizing the culture of member states,

That clause doesn't mention committees or bureaucracies.

Well, the host city would set the bar for what is and is not appropriate.

I shall vote for this mostly harmless piece of legislation, not only because it is harmless, but to stuff it in the face of the holier-than-thou, humourless, soi-disant Masters of Policies types the WA has being disgraced in ever greater numbers, in ever more violent strains.

For better or for worse, cheers!

In the Name of the Eternal Kawaii, may the Cute One be praised

We think this is a good idea, as Kawaiians are proud to display our culture to the world. Also, since a major part of that culture is our Gambling industry, we would be more than happy to set up a casino on the fair grounds to showcase it.

The citizens of The United Socialist States of New Populist Republik are overwhelmingly in support of this amendment. I personally applaud the General Assembly in their attempt to better international relations and to encourage the coexistence and tolerance of the many cultures and ideologies we all hold dear.

Thanks for the support, guys.
(OOC: Really, it does mean a lot. I woke up this morning and took my shower, and while I was shampooing, it hit me just how really freaking cool this is: I, some teenager from North Carolina, have created a piece of content, and this content will now be featured on a major page of a popular website for four days, where over 10,000 people will likely see it, and [if current trends are any indication] a majority of them will say, "Yes, I agree," and I apologize to Ard if I can't use all these commas like this, because Weeeeee!!!!! My mood is on top of the world today.)

Like every committee in the WA, it will bw staffed by a group of all-knowing, immeasurably wise, impartial gnomes.

Grumpy bear says:

"This is still a silly, saccharine care bear proposal, passed for no other purpose than to increase the personal popularity of the author. These kinds of proposals seem to be popular lately.

NO vote of protest cast.

Now to watch the most recent fluffy headcount in slow-moving horror."

Giovanni pats Grumpy Bear on the head. "Now, why so glum, little chum? You're a care bear, and this whole proposal is about promotion of love, tolerance, understanding, and caring between nations! Isn't that what you're supposed to be about or something?"
