Any suggestions?

I'm not good at Latin, but perhaps something to the effect of "continuing zombie disease"?
Were there any ideas in a similar vain from last year that were discarded?

Not exactly; the options to cure, kill, or infect will be on a seperate page on the far right labled "Zombie Control". There will also be extra charts and such on each nation and region page.

I see you're relatively new, so you may not know that this isn't a joke. There will actually be special pages and such involving zombies come the 29th. And yes, we should most definitely be working together. Seeing as you're in a region by yourself, and infection rates are region based, you may want...

I know the thing starts on the 29th, but I don't know precisely what time. Given that it doesn't say otherwise, I'm going to assume major update (midnight ET).

The infected, since, obviously, they can be cured.

BTW, I believe the consensus last year was that it was not a prion, but a mutated rabies virus.

As we knew this was coming since before the announcement, the Grand Senate of the Federation began the Transition To War measures at the beginning of October. The TTW acts give the government widespread powers, and in their totality are akin to martial law.

Yes and no. So, how would your nation react to a war against the walking dead/zombies/walkers/etc. West Afrika would mobilize the Spec Ops teams, to take out the infected, and shut out infested cities. We'd roll our collective eyes and sigh "again?" Then we'd follow the Zombie Apocalypse Preparedness...
