I have no idea what you're doing here. One issue per thread. Also we're not really looking at new issues trees or chains at the moment but we'll let you know if that changes. Getting carried away is really the answer to that. Or perhaps writing them somewhere before I forgot about the whole thing. ...

In one sense, the game is exactly like real life. The Law of Unintended Consequences works not just with the public, but also with the bureaucracy. If you give an agency (let's say NSA) broad powers, it's not unreasonable to expect them to take their remit far beyond what Congress and the President...

We are opposed to this. The World Assembly has no business deciding whether or not people have the right to vote within their respective nations; similarly, they have no business deciding whether or not people have the right not to vote.

Do the options have any effect on economy, political freedoms, or civil rights? Not that I am aware of Every option must have an effect i.e. every option must do something. There are two options - one results in you leaving the World Assembly, the other results in you staying. Both options have eff...

You could also add in a new option, "your shady twin" could make his appearance once again and once again suggest the lack of voting. It could say something along the lines of: Out of the shadows steps <Random Name>, your shady twin. "All of this hullabaloo, all about voting, I say w...

The one setting that would be much needed here is a way to dial in your own tax rate. You do that by how you choose to respond to issues. Most of the ones that fiddle with taxes are pretty explicit about "that'll take a little more money" or "we'll make those people pay their fair sh...

Just a general comment, NoQ, you write decent issues and obviously you have a few in the game, but one thing we've noticed when editing your issues is that you don't always bring the funny. That's not to say every issue should be rib-crackingly hilarious, but this is an issue where some wit and humo...

I don't see it happening any time soon, it'd only be an aesthetic change, and [v] has a pile of coding already on her plate. So I would agree that it'd be nice, and I'll make sure it's put on the "maybe if you're ever bored, [violet], you could do this" list. But it won't be a priority I'd...

Issue 297: Intersex athletes demand level playing field. Option one: "And if it's too difficult to decide whether the athlete is a man or woman, then we shouldn't let them compete at all! Fair is fair is fair." What's wrong: Fair is fair is fair. It's doubled... I did that on purpose.
