How?

'Underhanded reporting' is pretty straightforward.

Agreed with Luna. Underhanded reporting is not ambiguous.

Just to clarify, the assumption I challenged was that we get enough good submissions to have "thousands" of issues added per year.

We've broken it once or twice in the past, but we don't usually tell people the status of submitted issues.

Not really feasible, sorry. I'm not even sure any of the staff speak Esperanto, so we'd have no way to check what you'd written wasn't "cock balls and f you Kanye".

I just submitted a half hour before you posted though. I can always re-submit, but I'll see if there's any other good changes to make before doing so.

I've already checked this out for editing, so don't resubmit it. Just post any re-drafts in this thread and I'll keep an eye out.

Part of your premise is that we have a whole bunch of quality issues lying there, just waiting for Editors to edit them, and that us being delayed because there's not enough of editors is a problem. We're always on the look-out for more editors, and we're a pretty good judge of when and if we need o...

What I didn't mention there is that 480 issues isn't really very many, considering how many years this game has been going and how quickly submissions come in. While I understand that Issue Editors are unpaid volunteers, I personally think it would be sensible to significantly incresase the size of...

Adding new customisable fields is much more difficult than people think, and editing the existing issue canon is also more time consuming than people think.

These would be fun, but wouldn't really add anything new and substantive to the game. Unfortunately I don't see it happening.

I don't see a problem with the premise of the issue. I mean, we have issues with the premise that other nations in the region have better healthcare systems, or better education systems. That's generally just used as an indication of "we still have room to grow in this area", though, not ...

I said most protestants. England is a bad example as Anglicans carry on a lot of Catholic ideas.

I see you ignored Germany, arguably the most Protestant nation in Europe :eyebrow:

Most protestants don't have saints. It's a rather important distinction. Perhaps an option to do away with a national saint altogether? IIRC, England is a Protestant nation, and St. George is still widely revered. In fact, that's where the real events this issue is based off come from. Exactly. And...

Most Catholic countries have more than one patron saint (Ireland has Patrick, Brigit, and Columbanus; France has Denis and Joan of Arc), and I'm not sure about Protestant countries but I imagine it's similar. Why would this be a debate when they could just have the two?
