Unfortunately we won't really be considering any new options to that issue. It's one of the few original issues written by Max Barry, so we generally operate on the assumption that he's happy with it and doesn't want any changes.

Answering issues effects your nation's states. The passage of GA resolutions also effects your nation's stats. These stat changes can and do have a bearing in your political freedoms/economy/civil rights.

It is the position of this delegation, and the Sanctarian government, that the issue of abortion and legislation regarding obstetrics should be dealt with at a national level. As such I will be supporting this repeal.

Last I checked, yes.

NS issues are written in Queen's English (because Barry is Australian), so metres. But I may be wrong. Total side issue here, sorry, and nothing at all to do with the issue that's been submitted, but both British (Queen's) and American English are used. To be quite honest it depends on the editor; ...

Option 1 contains the way all positions should be referenced unless the left and right references you use are consistent with typical real world positions or all exaggerated to the same e...

I don't participate in any of the pure RP forums on NationStates, but wouldn't/couldn't a WA Mentor work similar to that fashion? It wouldn't be about telling people how to debate , per se, but more about how to construct a workable document that is (hopefully) within the confines of the rules. I w...

I think this is too similar to the General forum Mentors discussion currently ongoing which, last I checked, the Mods aren't too supportive of either. You can't really tell people how they're debating is wrong and they should just go away - which will especially not work in the GA/SC where the egos ...

Don't you track the effects of a passed WA resolution on your nation page? Free Trade resolutions increase Economy, Moral Decency hits it . I got Moral Decency confused with Social Justice in my head. Again. OOC: Thank you. Moral Decency does hit your other freedom though, so I'm still against it o...

Moral Decency resolutions hit your economic strength, which is a hidden stat, rating on your nation page. This is very well documented at this stage. There is no need to change this issue; it is posited that the athlete in question possesses both male and female sex organs and, by virtue of it saying she is externally female in appearance, there is an implicit indication that the male organs in question are not external or visible. We're not goin...
