Brief history and background on Fascist Vampodia: Vampires have seized control of the Cambodian government and are out on a quest to rule the world and rid the world of what little rights they have in favour of their fascist ideals. Their leader is referred to as the "Phuna" which is Thai for leader, since the Phuna is a vampire from Thailand.
