We are the guardians of liberty. We are Death, the destroyer of corrupt states who would bring darkness into the world. We are the Sword of Justice, striking down the oppressors of men with great vengeance and furious anger. We are the swiftness that washes clean all stains of iniquity upon the face of the deep. We are the instrument of righteousness, finely tuned and drenched in the blood of martyrs. We are the clarion call to action. We shall bring down Mystery! Babylon the Great, and consecrate a new world, born of the light of all that is good in humankind.The Great Harlot has corrupted the world with its foul stench and its overreaching hand. She has cast asunder the will of men to be free, and has reached further into the depths of existence than anyone should be allowed. For every action, there is an equal opposite reaction. We are the counterbalance to the equation: confronting tyranny and oppression in whatever guise it takes. If God must stand in our way, we shall face Judgment. For the oppressor of the nations must not be allowed to run rampant any longer. Her wanton bloodlust must be curbed, by the solid weight of the pen, or by the sordid might of the sword.
O', ye foolish nations of the world, take heed! Your maker has been borne of Heaven, and its die cast in the fires of Hell. You will brought to your knees, and beg for the mercy which you have been so remiss in practicing. Notice has been served—we are coming.

We are devoted to preserving the integrity of the institution of sovereignty, while simultaneously engaging in the defense of civil liberties and human rights. We do not adhere to a single common religious, cultural, socioeconomic or political ideology—on the contrary, we are a broad coalition of nation-states who recognize the danger of political or socioeconomic alliances who embark upon a path of tyranny under the guise of protectionism, indoctrination, and conquest.We must not be lulled into a false sense of security. The world in which we live is indeed a very dangerous and cruel place, inhospitable to the common tenets which all moral societies hold dear: goodness, mercy, peace, forgiveness, justice. Righteousness is a hard line to walk, yet never before in the annals of human history have so many aggressive forces maligned the international community with subversive politics and outright destructive behavior. Far too often, alliances have torn apart the feeble and weak, to maintain their superiority, or to consume that which sustains them: the blood of others.
Incursus was conceptualized on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 as an alliance that would serve as a potent check on the wanton aggression of the various international alliances. We seek not to conquer or adjudicate, but to destroy those who would destroy all that is good in the world. We hold no territorial ambitions, no greater purpose than the one we lay out before the world: if an alliance or coalition of states move to endanger the human rights of others, or to sack another sovereign state or group of states without cause or provocation, Incursus will stand in their path. We seek to form an impenetrable barrier to insulate the defenseless from the evils of the world. Our influence may be sought, but it is never imposed on the unwilling. We seek only to act as the counterbalance to the other alliances in the world today.
If you are tired of seeing massive alliances tear apart all fledgling enterprises... if you are worn down by the harassment of an unchecked aggressor... if you know in your heart, and in your mind, and in your soul that the world is not right—that there is indeed something dreadfully wrong inside the international community of states, then join us. Because of the threats we must endure, only the best may carry the shield of Incursus.
