We could establish an rp where we meet diplomatically to settle disputes or to make an ally, or just a visit

I'll RP in a war with you. If you want it could be a small-scale but violent territorial dispute. This is so my population doesn't affect the conflict as much. Or if you want an all-out war you can number wank me with some puppets or try to dogpile me with allies.

I'll probably do the same. I'm a newcomer to NS, but I'm fairly experienced at RPing and I'd like to find some opportunities. We could maybe have a whole bunch of us doing a collaborative RP.
