Within our embassy, we also wish to establish a Cultural Bureau. Our Cultural Bureaus are offices whose purpose is the promotion of Phing Phong's culture and the advancement of our traditions for both our expatriates and the local people. Where it is culturally appropriate the Cultural Council seeks to peacefully spread the Buddhist way of life. They also provide materials for learners of the two national languages of Phing Phong, Phasa Daeng and Tiếng Ngư.
