Condemn Tim-Opolis for rude behavior, giving no civil rights and being an oppresive dictator in his nation, having numerous records of spamming and ruthlesssly destroying small regions.

Hereby Condemns Tim-Opolis

1)Tim-Opolis speaks very insultingly on his RMB, almost being racist.
2)Tim-Opolis have many incidents of spamming in the past
3)Tim-Opolis have sent hate-mail to numerous nations over telegram, threatening them to give him favors or he will have people raid them
4)Destroying regional forums and completely obliterating NS wiki files on himself and the other people he likes, replacing them with lies
5)Realizing that Tim-Opolis has a nation which give no civil rights what soever, stooping as low as resigning from the WA to not have the General Assembly civil rights proposals affect him
6)Backstabbing defenders with his puppets after he gains their trust from months of compassionateness.

Well, there's something. Specify, though. Whose forums and NSWiki pages?

R4 violation, as well as not being condemnable. I'd say that half the nations in NS are authoritarian leaning, and plenty have resigned from the WA because it affected their stats.

Apparently, NWO didn't raid TPS. They spammed it, then the founder stopped recruiting, and they fell into inactivity. NWO raids dead regions like Comis (well, not really raiding- more like puppet flooding) and Ninja Pirate awesome town (using WA multis), and backwaters with founders like Soviet Pizza, which failed miserably. So, not the fearsome raiders they like to think of themselves as.

Agree with you about Rule 2, but making it Rule 4 compliant wouldn't be difficult. Nations could well telegram messages to each other, including threats to raid (with warriors).
Perhaps "Tim-Opolis has sent threatening messages to several messages, seeking favours in return for not attacking" or somesuch.

Changing the 'has' to 'is' would, I believe, make it Rule 4 compliant (and the final 'him' to 'the nation'). The nation doesn't allow for people to exercise their civil rights.
As to whether it's condemnable, that's for voters to decide. Not an issue of making this legal.

I really have no idea if this is a good target for condemnation. I don't know the target, the author, or anything else you people are talking about. Just doing my bit to try and make things compliant.
