Well the fact the the government isn't corrupt is good, maybe it isn't a bad thing its omnipresent, and it does put social welfare and education in the fore front, but no free enterprise at least to me isn't a good thing, so i'll say 7/10

Its government is corrupt and oppressive, its citizens are restricted both civilly and politically, and you routinely eat your national symbols. Not to mention that you are unwanted competition for our arms manufacturer.
