DISGUISES all of the wives in the world so that they will be hidden from this terrible rapist;

FURTHER DISGUISES all of the children in the world so that we can hide them from this monstrous rapist;

GOES FURTHER BY DISGUISING the entire population of husbands in the world so that we can protect them from getting raped;

CREATES the T-shirt Collection Agency to collect all of the T-shirts in the world so that we can scan them for finger print to catch this rapist;

DECLARES that this rapist is really dumb really really dumb for realz;

URGING the rapist to run and tell about this resolution as we are going to find you.
