War? - Grievances against WA

After a failed attempt at creating a resolution. Do to a laundry list of issues I've now lost faith in the world assembly and have no problems sacrificing my entire nation to the mercy of the world in an attempt at vengeance. A weak nation I may be but fear the world assembly I do not. Anyone else a WA member that has grievances they wish to air in the only form of vengeance available.

It was an attempted repeal of the privacy resolution. It was up all of 5 min before it got the ax..and my new goal as a WA member is to de-credit and and disembowel the World Assembly any way I can..First step being getting as many members as I can to air their grievances about it.

Oh, and people have been against the NSUN/WA/GA since the game began. Gatesville springs to mind. It's not news that someone wants to disembowel us. But we're still here, still chugging along.

I think this is a bit strange...

I do not know yet, because our nation is new here at WA, but maybe it would be nice to have an ombudsman in our Assembly, to listen the grievances of nations like the honorable Halladonia.
I do not know the reasons of Halladonia to bring this subject, but maybe the ombudsman would make a good work in our institution, making it even just than it already is.
In our nation, it is very common and advisable.

Since I removed it, I can say this, it was most certainly illegal and it was apparent from the first read that Halladonia hadn't even glanced at the rules. The proposal was three lines long and was an attempt to repeal the Right to Privacy Act. The first line was the only argument and alas, it was based on national sovereignty. The following two lines did nothing to support the arguments for repeal. There was no repeal clause (as in, "hereby repeals resolution...") and the final line attempted to introduce new legislation. That was the extent of the proposal. When the proposal was deleted, Halladonia was sent a telegram explaining why it was removed and given a link to the rules.

So, if I'm understanding correctly, now Halladonia is having a tantrum because his invalid proposal was punted from queue. A good lesson to any new player writing a proposal. Read the rules, understand the rules that way we don't have to have threads like this. Nothing is making people submit their proposal to queue.

It says right in the rules:

Do not underestimate the value of informal peer reviews. When you submit a proposal to the WA, you certify that you understand the proposal rules and that you are subject to Moderator action if the proposal is deemed to be in violation.
