In the city of Christofer, the Yunikaran Liberation Front has finally assassinated the mayor and it's leader, Abdul-Muqtadir Hamdan was appointed Emir of Yunikara by the YLF and soon, with a cheering crowd in front of the City Hall, Abdul-Muqtadir began his speech. "Dear fellow brothers. For many years, the Yunikaran Liberation Front is trying to liberate and secede from Osthia and after 35 years, from 1975 to this year, Allah has granted us the holy city, and as of today, I will become the Emir of Yunikara, Son of Allah, Sovereign of the Order of Allah, Glorious Leader and Dear Leader of the holy country. We will work together to make a perfect Islamic nation, and God Save Allah!" They applauded, and soon, they raised the flag, while the national anthem, Perfect Nation, the anthem of the YLF was played.

OOC: Last time I recall, I do not have a province called Yunikara. But I guess I will go along with it.

Empress Tatiana was outraged at the Islamic uprising in Yunikara. It had been given freedoms of religion, speech, press, etc, and this was how they thanked the Dralien family? By commiting treason in the city named after her martyred cousin? They would not go unpunished. She assembled a press conference, and spoke to the citizens of Osthia, and Yunikara.

"Citizens. I do not know why these people have decided to kill in the name of Allah, but they have desecrated the city of my cousin, your beloved emperor, Christofer the Humane! They will be punished. Therefore, I am organizing the Imperial Army, and the Yunikaran Liberation Front will have one day to stand down. If they refuse, then they will be punished."

Several Osthian armies moved near the border, close enough to prevent rebel soldiers from attacking Osthian border towns, but far enough away so as not to seem overly aggressive.

IC: Immediately, Abdul-Muqtadir renamed the city to Muqtadir and soon, had a chat on the phone with Kahid, and said, "Sir, we need to do something about these Osthian idiots." After a lengthy conversation, they said Bye and hung up, and soon, Propaganda films and leaflets representing Osthian idiots as having IQ of only 10 and her queen as a really fat pig were soon released to the public and the Islamic Police soon rounded up most of the Osthians in town and soon, with many gathering, they began to waterboard all of them and was caught on seperatist TV, Yuni TV, created in 1994 and airing signals in areas where the YLF controls, and soon, many felt they were drowning, and they want to do so until the last Osthian they captured died. Meanwhile, Abdul-Muqtadir laughed while watching the footage, and soon telephoned Aftab, to do a top secret favor...

After the footage was shown, Commander Eudoxia, the commander of the assembled forces, ordered that the attack begin. In Ostis, the people began to assemble in large vigils, commemorating the dead Osthians and condemning the Yunikarans. Tatiana sent a message to her allies:

To the Allies of Osthia,
For many years, the Yunikaran Muslims were treated as normal Osthians, with respect and recognition of their rights. However, they send their thanks now by going up in arms against me for no reason. I ask that you help crush these militants, as they have no goodwill towards Osthian citizens. Please hurry.

Aftab finally was driving to Rigastolk in his 1959 Ford complete with ragtop. He had a car seat dating 1959, and had a bomb disguised as a young child, even the clothes and eyes were painted, sitting on the car seat. After a few hours, he finally arrived in Rigastolk, and got some gas, and then drove to the palace. Once he parked, Aftab set the countdown until explosion to 15 seconds on the bomb. He then locked the doors and rolled up the windows. Aftab was in fact, a suicide bomber. It even has tamper resistance, meaning if anyone tries to disassemble the bomb when it is set, it explodes. He then waited for the bomb to go boom, and hoped that the Imperial Palace would go down with the Ford.

Official Imperial Communique

On behalf of the entire Imperial Federation, I personally write this document of condemnation against the rogue 'state' of Yunikara, which has inexplicably chosen to secede from Osthia.

The reasons for doing this are extremely profound, as Osthia is fairly benevolent as far as empires go and awards its citizens a great amount of freedom. Yunikara's attempts to secede without so much as a single grievance being voiced to the Osthian government beforehand, and its massacres of Osthian citizens are simply disgusting and barbaric.

The Osthians assisted us in putting down the Gathustrian Uprising; we shall assist them in doing the same if a diplomatic agreement cannot be reached. The fact that the region of Yunikara is more willing to spill blood for its 'freedom' than get it through peaceful and democratic negotiations speaks volumes about its leadership, and as King of the Britannians, I sincerely hope no decisive action like the one being undertaken in Gibet will have to be ordered.

The lone plane slowly touched down on the small Osthian airfield. Two Diplomatic Office agents stepped out. Both were posing as businessmen. However, they had Mediterreanian credentials which they would reveal once they reached the Yunikaran border.

Meanwhile, Emir Abdul-Muqtabir decided a military parade of the mujahideen of the YLF and soon, in the city of Muqtabir, a military parade was happening, broadcasting on Yuni TV. Soon, in a speech made by Crown Prince, Ali, he announced that Abdul-Muqtabir is the Protector of Osthia, and he immediately appeared and said, "Fellow brother, I accept and long live the glorious Islamic Emirate of Yunikara!" They then shouted 3 times, "Ten thousand years!" Bronze statues of the Emir were being erected through Yunikara as well as memorials to the War of Independence. It was silent, though they committed attacks, but hid it cleverly, meaning not many heard it. Immediately, the Emir began creating a cult of personality around himself and Ali Hamdan, the Crown Prince to the Imperial Throne of the Emirate of Yunikara. After the military parade, Kuja, Minister of National Defense said, "Our plan to force nations to recognize us will be by the strike of Allah's hammer. We will hijack passenger flights, and fly them into the official residence of the head of the Royal Council, the palace if the car bomb fails to explode, the main basilica of the Osthian Catholic Church, the tallest buildings of Osthia and the official residence of Colonel Alexander Halbauer. We hope the strikes of the hammer of Allah will force them to realize Islam is the solution to the secular problem."

Soon, letters with "DEATH TO ALL NON-MUSLIMS," were contaminated with anthrax and were sent inside parcels directed to the leaders of every nation, and soon, the first one was shipped out to Markus Lindon, the Grand Chancellor of Ceannairceach complete with Osthian stamps, so when he dies, they would blame Osthia for this anthrax attack and would therefore, switch sides to Yunikara. Outside of the box, a stick-it note said, "Open me."

Akiko Tanaka was sitting in her office, when her aide gave her a message, with a large note saying "Open Me."
The aide said, "Special delivery to you, Madame President."
Akiko Tanaka opened the box with it full of anthrax.
She said, "Ack, fucker!"
She said, "At least I've taken my anthrax vaccinations."
She had the biohazard team remove and destroy the box.

Soon, when the Emir received the declaration of war, he immediately imposed rations, prohibiting anyone not in the mujahideen from eating 1 gram of food per week and anyone asking for more food will be shot. Mujahideen will get 800 grams per day and immediately cut off all power, water and heating to every house except his who has a back up generator and he forced places with backup generators except his house to turn them off. Telegram offices were closed and sealed shut with AB Foam in the inside and Mighty putty on the doors and windows. Soon, any remaining Osthians were deported to abandoned factories in rooms which the Emir can control it and with viewing that factory, once it is full and the door is closed, Zyklon B was sprayed. Meanwhile, the mujahideen were positioning themselves on skyscrapers, houses and even docks, with some in rowboats and canoes, with a few lucky mujahideen in a yacht. As well, they made large holes on every street, to ensure that it will be hard to get out since the holes were 42m deep, with the water table being 42.7m. Now, it is fully and completely ready to defend from any naval attack. Or they hope it would.
