In an attempt to cut down on pollution it is proposed that all bovine animals be fitted with catalytic converters.

To be perfectly honest, I find this extremely not-plausible. This is merely a national issue, not an international one. Aswell, many nations in the WA are not in MT, let alone FT. This act wouldn't go far in the WA.

This Bovine LaDeDa is one of the silliest, most useless, absolutely idiotic ideas we have seen put forth here in quite some time. And there have been plenty of idiotic ideas to choose from.

I thought it was the motor vehicles that were to get catalytic converters at one point... :roll:

This is nothing. I remember MOSS and "Hippos are Big". And I'm told there were even worse at one point. Well, I don't personally remember them, as they were before my time as delegate to this Assembly, but y'know.
