Do your nation have any historical preferred way of fighting (It will most likely be incorporated into the way the regiment fights now somehow): Blitz Attack usually using electric and modern weapons
Do you wish to have a specific uniform: Yes
If yes how would it look like (I would however prefer if you stuck to the theme of the royal guard and use uniforms from the late nineteen century or the early twentieth century),you may describe it (so will I do them to the best of my abilities in paint), post a picture or use the pictures assigned bellow as inspiration if you wish to paint it yourself: Specific Georgian-like traditional suits bordered with gold, also weares the modern electronic weaponary (Laser or electronic knives and special tranforming reflecting shield, etc...)
do you have a nobility back home? Of course yes
If yes on the previous question, will there be a presence of noblemen in this regiment? Yes
What is the main ethnicity of your nations people (do if you can compare them to a RL people)? Mostly they are Homo Sapiens (we) and Homo Sapiens Borisyukishvilicus ( people with x numbers of organs
What is the main religion of your people? Christian Orthodox (Georgian Orthodox Church or Kartvelobenisani Orthodox Church)
is there something the regiments will be known for? (such as they die standing rather than retreat, they are good marksmen or something similar) Thanks to them, they strike in the last time disminuing enemy moral and increasing a lot the moral of they army

Number of regiments: two
(Ideally one Turkish, one Pashtun)

Do your nation have any historical preferred way of fighting (It will most likely be incorporated into the way the regiment fights now somehow):
Using stealthy but high risk raids behind enemy lines.

Do you wish to have a specific uniform:
Yes.

If yes how would it look like (I would however prefer if you stuck to the theme of the royal guard and use uniforms from the late nineteen century or the early twentieth century),you may describe it (so will I do them to the best of my abilities in paint), post a picture or use the pictures assigned bellow as inspiration if you wish to paint it yourself:The same as the normal uniform but with a fez.
do you have a nobility back home?
Yes.

If yes on the previous question, will there be a presence of noblemen in this regiment?:
Yes.

What is the main ethnicity of your nations people (do if you can compare them to a RL people)?:
The majority are ethnically Turkish but Pashtuns are a significant minority (and an especially large group in the military, though still a minority)

What is the main religion of your people?: Islam.
is there something the regiments will be known for? (such as they die standing rather than retreat, they are good marksmen or something similar):
They would rather go down fighting than surrender.
A nation which partly represents my views.

Imeriata wrote:So I did after a while of thinking and inspired by units such as the san paricios, various Irish volunteer regiment in the American civil war, the Swiss guard in France and the Papal state, the French foreign legion and similar units of immigrants that fought and died as true heroes for their new adopted nations did I decide that I would want some units like that myself. That is when your nation comes into the picture as the absolute royal federation is supposed to be a multinational nation with nationalities from all over the world, this was something that I wished to represent in my army and its single ethnicity regiments. So now do you have the ability to create a regiment or two (I do however draw the line at twenty) to help me colour the royal guard with flavours from all corners of our great globe.

It should be noted that some of these regiments will likely turn up in RPs in the future.

Units so far
The shieldless
(Image)

The Imerian Ramset Auxiliary, known colloquially as the shieldless, are known as responsible and pragmatic warriors, made famous by their great skill, and distinctive purple caps and armour. They are often utilised in a position of shock infantry, where the most honour may be won in aggressive charges. But few nobles also realise that the Ramset heavy infantry are also highly capable defensive and garrisoning units.

They differ from Imerian natives in many ways, most notable is their respect for nonhuman soldiers, viewing them as equals on the battlefield. Many nonhuman regiments have claimed that this respect helps them to succeed in their mission, but has drawn them into direct conflict with the more staunchly traditional, and the outright racist groups in the Imerian Royal Guard. Also of note is their willingness to customise and modify their equipment, favoured alterations being extended magazines, or cutting away the flash suppressors of their (already shortened, paratrooper-like) rifles.

(Image)

In close combat, they fight with a traditional Ramset Straightblade (as pictured) or a brace of pistols, and will charge with rifles shouldered and firing. They do not carry bayonets at all, a breach of Imerian doctrine, but one that the Ramset have earned. They are known for being tenacious and vicious, but fighting in a stoic silence, often lining up the dead from both sides and providing them with funeral rites once the immediate threat has passed.

They are organised along standard Imerian lines, commanded directly by a former Ordinator with a great deal of combat experience, Lord Anlee Kubrick Santana. He has drilled self-dependance and flexibility into his subordinates, a prevailing methodology that seems to be based around the idea that, so long as the ultimate objective is achieved, digression from the initial plan is forgivable. all of the Shieldless are highly capable in utilising captured, scavenged, or otherwise non-standard equipment.

Mikedor Royal lancers
(Image)

Immigrants from Mikedor formed the royal lancers that today serves as the important role as mounted infantry that often protects the flanks of the royal guard, however as many different regiments of dragoons do exists are the main source of fame coming from the fact that the Mikedorian regiments often includes portions of lancers as well and massed cavalry charges are not a uncommon sight as the men in dark blue ride to battle next to their more common grey dressed brothers in arms.

Rödhänderna
(Image)

Rödhändern/Der Rothands or the redhands depending on who you ask is amongst the most famous of the non-Imerian volunteer regiments as they serve not only as a force that are able to fight when push comes to shove, but they do also serve as an important source of inspiration for the men in the ranks of the royal guard as a counter-revolutionary group of noblemen that have taken a stance against communism, democracy and liberalism.

However are that not the only source of fame for this regiment, as a all nobleman force do they have contacts enough to have the best equipment and may even have the authority to be deployed where the most glory can be won.

Slakonian infantry
(Image)
As infantry units are the men from Slakonian often employed as military police units. This have of course not given them great honour and they are often feared and looked upon suspiciously by the soldiers while the officers often sees them as a important and irreplaceable part of the army.

[align=center]Alfegoisse forward scout attachments
(Image)

Alfegoisse forward scout attachments may not be many but the legends of them are spoken around the camp fires of the other guard regiments, as their infiltration and hit and run attacks have served the federation well as harassment troops and kill teams that eliminates enemy commanders to make breakthroughs trough enemy lines easily as they are overwhelmed by the Imerian folkstorm.
The Alfegoisse Scouts originally comprised of a group of shamed survivors from a so-called "Traitor Regiment" (Yui'hu's Foresters), who fled from Alfegos after the massacre of most of their comrades at the First Battle for Sil'il Capitolium. Offering their services to the Royal Guard of Imeriata, they continue to populate their ranks with various shamed ex-soldiers from the People's Nation of Alfegos. The contingent still fiercely guard the shattered remains of the colours, and the weapons of their regiment's founder (Yui'hui the Ghost, Sou'se'rai of the Sil'il colony). The few senior supervising officers often have to learn very fast the system of respect that holds the scout contingent together - experience often dominates rank, with mutual respect between non-commissioned officers, specialists and the actual officers being exceedingly strong, despite the nature of the unit. One might say that adversity has brought them closer together.

The unit utilise standard Imeriata weapons, as issued to them. However, many still keep service weapons from Fegosian service, including their large Gra'su'xi (often seen as a symbol amongst their regiment), the AF-1 bolt-action service rifle and (rarely) the Ev'kho Mark II Anti-tank Rifle.

The unit structure still follows the format of 2 Battalion as it was before the regiment's destruction. The men are normally deployed in company-sized units as an attachment, though the entire battalion can fight together.

Command Platoon:
Officer's Section - The senior staff, including Imeriata supervisors
Staff Section - Semi-combat staff, mainly responsible for paperwork, but are expected to take up arms if needs be
Signaller Section - Including semaphore signaller, field wireless operator, telephone operators and the Battalion Piper
Guard Section - The eight most trustworthy guards of the officers, and the Battalion standard bearer

Artillery Attachment Platoon:
1 Section - Mortars
2 Section - Mortars
3 Section - 30 mm Cannon (A Fegosian oddity, very effective in an ambush)

Signal Su

Since that time has the wolohanistan guard served as shook troopers of the royal guard were their fame arose as regiment of great honour and amongst the best assault regiments.

Kanzerne foreign force
(Image)

Seen often in front of the main advances of the federation do forces of Kazerne often act as raiders and marauders that attacks and cut off lightly defended enemy emplacements and remote enemy formations.

Lzar Naten non-human regular formation
(Image)

As non-humans do the Lzar Naten and most of their inferior brothers and sisters fights as the first wave into the heaviest fortifications to ensure that humans will not take as heavy causalities. They are however as humans often not considered something worth mentioning in the stories the bards tell when they sing of the glorious victories, they are only mentioned as "the first wave" in the newspapers and only mentioned hasty in the official reports. causalities are high, pay are low if it's even existing but the words of the gods and their families back home are given food, waters and other essential equipment as long as they remain in line so they keep on fighting with poor equipment and leadership but with a fierce determination do they march on.

The 412th Grenadier Regiment, the "Iron Dragons"
(Image)

The hermenians in the royal guard forms the Iron dragon regiment often sent into as the tip of the second wave where their improved equipment the status as grenadiers give them access to and according to the songs the bards in Imeriata sings so is the regiment known not to take a single step backwards no matter how grim the day seems. The regiment however has always been looked at with something of suspicion by the rest of the guardsmen as most of them consider the Hermenians themselves as potential socialists as and are all ways on the lookout for signs if they would attempt to spread the far left ideology from their homeland to the shores of the federation.

Orcoan assault regiments
(Image)

Orcoan regiments are well known for their aggression on the offensive and their prowess in melee and they are often employed specifically for assaults upon enemy fortifications where their skills in melee can best be employed. And amongst the troops are more than often close combat units such as axes and maces given out to the common troopers more than often do they bring their own weapons such as two handed axes and Halberds.

sons of Izzyshipper
(Image)

Often do regiments from Izzyshipper find themselves serve as light infantry where their unique uniforms is the only thing makes them stand out amongst the rest of the regiments of the gaurd.

Jalenat regiments
(Image)

The regiments from jalenat is not claiming any specific fame and do serve as nothing but regiments of the line where they after the mutiny of 1952 got a permission to have their own uniforms as they thought that they fought for evil dressed in the Imerian standard uniform which of course where dismissed out of hand by the rest of the guard and their own officers.

The dominions best
(Image)

As every man knows do the best warriors from Tergnitz serve in the dominions finest or the 34th Imerian dragoon regiment as they officially are known as. Surely are Tergnitzans considered as a good people and almost as proper Imerians but the dominions best are at least by the royal guard considered better than the rest of the Tergnitzians, a reputation they well deserves as they are often found doing not only what duty require but often more so in the name of the absolute royal federation.

Zehr regiments of the line
(Image)

Zher regiments do often hold the reputation of being amongst the last to retreat, a reputation that is in most cases well deserved as they have shown again and again over the years since they were created. In most cases are they assigned to the front lines and sent straight through hell with their human brothers to take the enemies positions.

Avian airborne non-human regulars
(Image)

Avians do side by side with the native Imerian faeries serve as droop troopers and rapid deployment units to points in both the Imerian and the enemies lines where a breakthrough seem eminent and more men are needed. This have given them a position of love and respect amongst the non-human regiments as more than once have a hopeless situation been reversed as the grey clad angels swooped down upon the enemy. It has also been known for both avians and faeries to be equipped with all grenades that the regiment could get their hands on and use them as improvised bombers when the enemy where suspected to be too heavily armoured or simply to give the advancing men bellow a chance to resume the attack while the enemy where forced to take cover.

Lemon non-human regulars
(Image)

Despite their ability to serve as excellent shook troopers are the lemon non-human regulars often disregarded as weak and undisciplined amongst most non-human regiments by their human officers.

Onyenu combat engineers
(Image)

The life of a combat engineer is not a glorious one and as a result has nearly no one heard about their exploits but they do still keep going by digging trenches and building everything from bunkers to bridges and digging minefields.

The Valeskonian rearguard
(Image)

As a people well known for being able to put down rebellions and insurgents so are they often used as garrison forces in newly occupied territory, this is however a job that gives little to no honour but it is a necessary one that the Valeskonian rearguard do with pride and determination.

the Anglo-Saxon volunteers "the Iron skulls"
(Image)

Anglo-Saxons are in general considered friends and allies in the federation and do as a result have a good reputation of being honourable men, but that respect diminish compared to the respect the Iron skulls regiments enjoys from their Imerian comrades. However the respect have not been something bought cheap but rather paid heavily in blood as the Iron skulls often do their best to be in the fray once the battle have begun and they are also known amongst the officers to be rather disciplined as they do not disregards orders to stand up against an overwhelming enemy as some Imerians do to enter the warriors heaven (some people do however say that, that is rather a sign of cowardice but they are often ignored as the Iron skulls prove themselves again and again on the battlefield).

Spartinth Regiments of the line
(Image)

As standard line troopers is it not much that makes the Spartinth regiments stick out as they are even commanded by noblemen from the federation itself as they do not have a nobility of their own. But while they are not especially known for anything so does the Spartinths serve as the most important part of the federal military force as they march, fights, charges, lives and even dies next to countless other men from all parts of the world as they fight to spread the glory of multinational absolute monarchy to all corners of the world.

The Goroslavian sea raiders
(Image)

The men from Goroslavia are often deployed in ships to serve as raiders before massive landings; they land in smaller forces over a long period of time and wait the time when they are ready to strike. When they strike so have often important artillery positions and fortifications been noted and the coordinates have been sent to the fleet that hammers them with their cannons until nothing but dust remains. If this and the landings made by the proper infantry so do the Goroslavian regiments make the task even harder as they attacks and overruns important positions before dispersing to strike at the next while Imerians land more and more men uncontested.

Synnia shocktroopers
(Image)

If there is one thing that Synnia provide the federation with is it the highly prized Synnian shocktroopers that due to their training often proves to be invaluable on the battlefield as more than one enemy have fallen before the highly organized and skilled men from Synnia as they advances behind cover while giving cover to their comrades in a highly disciplined manner.

Ghoul non-human regulars
(Image)

While most non-humans are looked upon with suspicion so are ghouls or other "undead" looked upon even more so and often seen by the commoners as spawns of Helia the goddess of death. And more than often so do most commoners even go so far to hold up both symbols of the rose ablaze and other religious symbols to keep them at bay. As soldiers are they employed as most other non-human regiments by bring up the numbers in assaults or to protect the regiments.

Tezdirans line regiments
(Image)

Tezdirans are as most mercenary regiments considered scum and undisciplined regiments that are looked down upon by the rest of the guards and more than often do brawls and fights breaks out between regulars and mercenaries over things like who gets to eat first and other trivialities. This is even more common amongst the commoners whom still consider themselves above any soldiers for hire as they fights for what is right and they fight for dirty money. This is even more common between Tezdirans and Negroid and mongoloid guardsmen who are often insulted and even laughed at by the Tezdirans.

the Orlkjestad regiment
(Image)

Orlkjestan regiments do often find themselves on the front lines fighting where they have won much fame but they are still consider strange to say the least as they tend to keep to themselves. However when they are on the battlefield are they still considered amongst the most honourable regiments that fights for the crown.

Guardia real Federal
(Image)

The Guardia Real Federal serves as forward attack units which often find themselves as the attack units that are sent to attack poorly defended or remote outposts that still provide a threat to the grand battle plan. As such do they serve as a surgical knife of the federation compared to the rest of the guard that are used more in the style of a sledgehammer.

Mortani Mountain Brigade
(Image)

As fighters of the federation are the sons from Mortani often deployed in far of mountain ranges where their fighting skills are best used, this do often mean that they have to fight through well-defended positions and are just as often forced to build fortifications of their own. This has resulted in the regiment being assigned a high amount of combat engineers and artillery attachments compared to the rest of the regiments of the guard.

The federal knights
(Image)

As a noble regiment are the federal knights given the best equipment available to the federation as heavy ballistic armour and a shield of the same material, as noblemen are they also according to federal tradition given a sword. They do however only use sword and shield only in close combat and they do otherwise attack with pike bayonet and the KVG as most royal guardsmen.

Agadar Iron dragoons
(Image)

As Iron dragoons is it the duty of the members to ride in IFVs and APC to battle on the flanks of the infantry and with the more numerous and more glorious dragoons. Despite the contempt shown by regular soldiers against such units so do Agadar amongst the rest of the Iron dragoons enjoy a well-earned reputation amongst the high command and despite they are not given the honour of going first into battle so are the armoured machines that transports them often a sight that spread death and destruction amongst the enemy ranks).

McConian swamp rats
(Image)

Often trained specifically for fights through deep and remote swamplands do the men from McConia see little to no fights but when they do so are they often without the luxuries as tanks, dragoons, horses and even tanks. This means they must fight with what they can carry and often do the soldiers carry with them twice the amount of heavy machine-guns and mortars to keep the enemy at bay while they can close in with bayonets. Another unit that is sees abnormal high usage by the McConians are warhounds that are used to flush out enemies as they strike silently from the dense undergrowth .

94TH foreign regiment of the line
(Image)

The 94th regiment fights on the front lines where they fight on amongst the federal forces even if they often find themselves as a soldiers joke because of their helmets.

the Alekseevskayan contra Revolutionary Guardians
(Image)

Often seen as scum because of their communistic history so are the contra Revolutionary Guardians seen as untrustworthy and given low priority jobs that have no importance on the big scale of war.

Castryan forward scout regiments
(Image)

Castryan forward squats are deployed in jungles where their skills as scouts and jungle fighters are best deployed to fight for the glory of the federation.

the Sons of Fenris
(Image)

As a regiment have the son of Fenris not as of jet proven themselves as they thanks to their deployment as a mountain fighting regiment in the Vedian mountains where they so far have only been able to keep the road safe from bandits, dragons, mountain wolves and other things that lurk in the Vedian mountainside. This however changed in late 2009 when the regiment where posted for a time in the Alps during the liberation of northern venezue. Their time there where however short and as soon as local regiments had been raised that knew the Alps as their backhands where the sons of Fenris once again back guarding the roads of Vedian.

Holstria regiments of the line
(Image)

As a regiment does the men from Holstria fights just as any other guard unit on the front lines where they just as any other regiment of the line dig their trenches and attacks in large numbers when the orders are given. The rest of the guard however do often jokingly calls them cowards as "they hid behind their helmets!"

The black bowmen
(Image)

The black bowmen are an ancient unit that served first in the first war against Vedia as one of the few longbowmen the kingdom had. They did however in those dark times had an easy life as they more than often where the target of suspicion and hat as they worshipped a false god that claimed to be the only one while he at the same time where three. Today have this all changed and the black bowmen is one of the more distinguished units to serve and due to their tradition to rain death from above do the regiment not only have a unusual high number of mortars attached to them but also do they find themselves as one of the few regiment with a permanent attachment of heavy artillery at their command. Due to this are the regiment often found fighting on the front lines but rarely part of charges as they are considered by most a defensive unit.

Lusitaniagrad regiments of the line
(Image)

The regiments from Lusitaniagrad are often considered "all but a native born federal subject!" by most soldiers that wear the grey tunic (the good one not the one most nazi nation uses) and often are they considered one of the federations own, especially by Vedian regiments who's similar uniforms makes sure that they treat the sons of lusitaniagrad as brothers. This welcome is due to the reputation both as good marksmen but also as furious charges the regiment have earned in the field.

the Shadow company
(Image)

While the shadow company often serves the federation well so do most federal subjects keep their distance as they as mercenaries fight for something impure and are as a result bared from the warriors heaven when they fall in battle, This is something the followers of the holy chronicles do not wish to be contaminated with so they keep their distance. Despite this so are the shadow company well known to get the job done no matter what, so they are as a result given the dirtiest job the army can find which most other units would see as dishonourable.

Chimera non-human regular
(Image)

As most non-humans do the chimeras find themselves put in the front lines and given the most dangerous jobs amongst those that no other wants. As reward for this does they find nothing but contempt from their officers (that are often either cowards or men deemed incompetent by the high command and given their job as punishment) and even pity from their human comrades in arms.

Fedeledland Regiments of the line
(Image)

As warriors are Fedeledland soldiers considered civilized, decent and cultural warriors all traits are something that are greatly admired by the federation and its people. This has given the regiments from Fedeledland a reputation of being men of valor and they enjoy great respect from their comrades and commanding officers as a result.

94TH foreign regiment of the line*

Niermark breakthrough specialist regiments
(Image)

Regiments from Niermark are often tasked with assaulting lightly defended positions to achieve quick breakthroughs in the enemy lines which they use to circle the enemy forces and support mayor offensives by attacking the defenders in the rear. More than one mayor offensive have been saved this way as the defenders break under the pressure of a massive surprise bayonet charge in the rear.

Britannian regiments of the line
(Image)

Men from Britannian are often lost in the crowd as their regiments do not have any special things that sets them apart from the royal guardsmen from any federal realm, this however have led to most federal regiments do accept them as one of their own and do not look upon them with as much suspicion as some of the other regiments.

Ralkovian Death guard
(Image)

The Ralkovians that live within the borders of the absolute royal federation are known for two things, the first is for being quite wealthy and successful members of the royal merchant guild. The second is the death guard, a regiment that in the spirit of the original death guard units back home in Ralkovia trains hard and long to become one of the finest fighting force in the entire royal guard and it is not common for the regiment to recruit children of the Ralkovian enclaves to fill the ranks of those feared regiments. In peace time so do they either serve as guards to both the federal synagogue to which they serve almost in the same manner of the holy army do to the chronically and to defend the Jewish and mostly the Ralkovian enclaves that lives shattered over the entire federation. In wartime however do they serve as a manifestation of death upon the battlefield as their charges and attacks leaves hordes of enemies dead before they go on to their next target, showing no remorse in the battle, no mercy upon the captured or wounded. This has earned them both the respect and admiration from the men in the royal guard and the favour of high command that consider them amongst the finest foreigners in the ranks of the guard.

Lazerus long regiments of the line
(Image)

As most guards regiments so can those of Lazerus long be found on the front lines fighting for the glory of their king and adopted country with nothing more than their KVG and bayonet to bring the justice of the federation to far of lands. This tactic is something they share with the countless of regiments that serves in the federations royal guard and they have so far been unable to distinguish themselves so far.

The Wolohanistan guard
(Image)

As the first refugees from wolohanistan arrived to the absolute royal federation were it also a war torn nation that had just finished a civil war of its own the syndicalist army where broken and the royal guard advanced everywhere. It was in these troubled times when the wolohanistan guard where formed as they as many regiment's both at this time and during the war by both sides. The men who served in the war and their families where given a piece of land from where a seizable city arose. The regiment however did not disperse and from that city did the sons from the men who served did take up their fathers uniforms when the time came.

Since that time has the wolohanistan guard served as shook troopers of the royal guard were their fame arose as regiment of great honour and amongst the best assault regiments.

It should be pointed out here and now that this thread is NOT, and I repeat NOT about your kings or other head of states personal guard, but rather about immigrants and adventurers from your nation that fights in the royal guard.
Also would I prefer that your regiments are not borrowed or otherwise primary serving your nation but rather just immigrants unless you have my specific permission to do so (and then would I need a good explanation why)

Regiments are a crucial aspect of any fictional nation, and creating them can be a fun and rewarding process. If you're looking to add an extra layer of authenticity to your regiments, consider incorporating regal symbols into their uniforms and decorations. I found this guide to decorating with royal emblems, clothing, and decorations to be a great resource for anyone looking to add a touch of regal flair to their fictional world. Here's the link for those interested. https://decorationwin.com/royal-emblems-clothing-decorations-etc-a-guide-to-decorating-with-regal-symbols/
