Actually, I think most of them just know how to look like they know how to fight. It's easy to emulate a marine holding a gun, not so easy to be one.

Not that Jet Li or Jason Statham are marines, but Jet Li does know some form of martial arts.

Jason Statham? Is that because he is younger than everyone else and thus has the "I can move without breaking a hip" advantage?
Jet Li is actually qualified in several types of wushu. Statham just stars in movies with good choreography.

Hence why I put Jet Li before him. I would guess he's in better shape than most of them, so simply being younger might be enough.
