Notices that some of the weaker nations have a very difficult time keeping up with the stronger nations.
Notices, also, that some of the stronger nations already lie, cheat, and steal in order to stay ahead, including, but not limitted to, Sweden III.
Notices that some of these nations have already publicized their lying, cheating, and stealing, once again Sweden III (In the form of state-sponsered smuggling and the ignoring of WA legislations), with no backlash from the WA.
Suggests legalizing lying, cheating, and stealing for all nations for the sake of maintaining a consistant attitude towards lying, cheating, and stealing.
Suggests that Sweden III is put in charge of overseeing the use of lying, cheating, and stealing so as to make sure no one is lying, cheating, or stealing too much.
-An Action Team called Friends can Act Illegally Ring, or FAIR, will make sure that Sweden III enjoys a healthy profit from this resolution, and will also make sure that all other nations act fairly should it pass.

Now, I'm well aware that requiring Ambassadors and representatives to check their egos at the Assembly doors would quite put us all out of a job, but could we at the very least require them to sign a contract in which they surrender and void any and all rights to claim ignorance as a defense for the drivel that issues forth from their mouths and pens upon their studious not reviewing of the World Assembly regulations? That or recommence the bagsy-ing of offices?

If the latter, I call dibs on potted plants and decorative paneling.

I don't think proposal rules provide for member states to take control of other state's affairs. It also goes directly against the very first article of GA#2, where "Every WA Member State has the right to independence and hence to exercise freely, without dictation by any other NationState, all its legal powers, including the choice of its own form of government."
