And before you ask, Pink Castle City is called that for its pink castle, Pink Castle City's main building.

The regions were created when they were unclaimed.

Are there any particular reasons you decided to go with twenty-one provinces, four regions, and four capitals?

It was originally 19-3-3. Before I came to NS, there were Simonia-Elle 11 and Simonia-Majestia. After I came to NS, Simonia-NationStates was born. To be fair (and to not favor any region), each region has its own capital. The provinces...they don't have a reasoning.

Then add a pinch of Anegana and you get something even crazier than South Africa.
