I've not seen you here yet so, welcome to the General Assembly!

It's common practice for prospective authors to create draft threads before submitting their proposals to the Assembly. In its current state, it's unlikely to pass, so I'd recommend you to withdraw it for now and, instead, place its text here for other delegations to appreciate and give critique to. And, of course, ensure that you do not use AI.

Please do not listen to all the "AI generated" accusery on here. At this time, there is no true way to tell 100% what is AI generated or not regardless of what anyone says. I'm looking at you "The Overmind".

So instead of being unhelpful and talking about AI, I will say this: Your bill has some good parts but I find most of it to be ambiguous. Member states would easily be able to shirk many of the sections through what seems like a massive amount of loopholes.

EDIT: Take AI accusery as a compliment, it means you write better then them and they are insecure.

It's funny how the same person who gets mad when people are confused by their own proposal is the same person to stoop into personal insults at a respected GAer at a moments notice.

Don't listen to this guy, AI generation is heavily frowned upon, it doesn't mean you wrote anything better, and it clearly is AI generated as well.

It's obviously AI, which is why I confirmed that it was with AI content detectors, all of which agree, despite different software, that it is, in fact, AI-generated. Moreover, I wasn't even the first person to notice. Aiding people in intellectual dishonesty, which includes undisclosed AI-generation of a proposal, and certainly lying about it, in addition to your bad attitude, and poor adherence to drafting thread standards isn't exactly getting off on the right foot.

According to my school, the University of Kansas' "Center for Teaching Excellence" AI detectors at this time are not functional. In many cases, the AI tests will falsely come back positive. If AI was used then I certainly would not support it, I just don't think determining it's AI in an unscholarly way is smart. If universities and professors don't use those tools, neither should we.

AI detectors give false positives and negatives, but are in no way, "not functional." The hypothesis was that, based on extremely obvious signs that this is AI-generated, it is likely AI-generated. The use of multiple different softwares that unanimously identify obviously AI-generated content as AI-generated content supplies perfect interrater reliability between the user and six different independent rating softwares. I'll take that over someone's uncritical dismissal of the obvious.
