I was writing this dispatch and I was wondering if there was any way to change the color of the gray parts of the tables because it really looks bad

No, though you can remove the header with [table=noheader] or [table=plain] and construct your first row to act somewhat like a header but look however you can think to do it.

I am making this dispatch, and I was wondering if there was a way to stop the boxes from turning white when you click on them. The background being dark red means the text has to be white. This means that when you click on a box, it means that you can’t read it.

I'm assuming you could turn the table into a 'plain' one?

It prevents that issue, anyways.
