Guess the NS nation based on AN's hints

Pretty sure this got pruned and I can't remember the OP, but this thread was quite fun.

AN = above nation. I recommend you give at least one hint that is specific enough to confirm the nation. Also, don't choose a nation too obscure unless you have good, searchable hints leading to that nation.

Anyways, here goes:
1. This nation has recently created a few F7 threads.
2. This nation has a horizontal tricolour flag with the middle stripe larger than the two other ones.
3. This nation sounds like the name of a knight who was named after a tool used for fishing.
4. Despite being founded before Season 3 cards dropped, this nation does not have a S3 card.
5. The first five letters of this nation's region is the same as those of this nation's currency.

I first thought you just did Grand Britanny, but I'm not sure if it meets the first two criteria. I then thought Gandoor, but they have 19 dispatches. Then I found Gudetamia, who meets all the other criteria but hasn't posted since December 31, it's still unclear if that counts. But that's my best guess, and maybe you just didn't notice their inactivity since New Year's.
