Are you sure 4/20 is a real world reference violation? It's generic (it would have to be assumed to have some extratextual connection to the US implementation of the Gregorian calendar and extratextual readings generally do not provide a legitimate basis for rules violation arguments), and, per the rule as currently written, proper nouns are the only potential illegal real world references, which doesn't apply to 4/20.

1: Sure, smoke at home.
2: No, it should be taxed it's still a drug and isn't candy.
3: No, THIS DRUGS. THIS IS DRUG DEALING.
4: No, 4/20 isn't a holiday. Omg some college kids smoked weed big deal.
5: No, the WA shouldn't have to give anything.
6: CBD gummies for people with insomnia and cancer... Like sure for medical purposes is there a limit? Plus it's not my fault you can't sleep, deal with it. I ain't paying. Cancer sure why not because that is a real problem.
I heavily reject this.
