NS Battle Cards

Hey everyone!
Sarvanti here. A little introduction, this idea came upon me from those Discord apps where they have nations as playing battle cards and so I was inspired by them. If you don't know what that means, basically these stuffs.
However, my gist is that I'll do one for the users (or I call them nations) here! If you read the dispatch above, then you know the format, but if you don't then ehhh...

I had to put the rules here first before you take your form.
RULES FOR APPLICATIONS

• You can only have one card for one nation. If you put more than one for a single nation, I will choose only one. Puppet nations are allowed.
• Nations may apply for Event Cards even if they already have applied for regular ones.
• Your ability must be realistic and have actual gameplay capacity. You cannot put 'X nukes Y's capital' and not give any sort of effects. Please put something in there. If you don't have one, I will personally add it.
• Overpowered powers are NOT permitted. However they may be applied for event skin cards.
• I will rephrase your ability if it seems confusing enough.
• I have the rights to change statistics in your ability if it doesn't align with the actual gameplay mechanics.
• I urge you to make the image(scenery) and the ability to be related. It is not exactly a requirement but it would match the theme at least.
• Scenery must involve your countryball form. Exception may be granted but must be reasonable.
• You can request for your country'ball' shape to be different (cube, brick, triangle, rawr, etc).
• It is suggested for your ability and ability title to be related to your country lore (optional).
• Card skin choice is your choice. It doesn't have to align with the actual theme you use.

COnfused what Potatopelago means by Liberal but dark mode as there's a Dark skin in the options.
Of all nations above, the most tedious image I've made was from Potatopelago with a 1 hour and 18 minutes paint time (Dw, other else literally reached up to an hour, don't feel bad for me, I asked for this).
Also Murias, that ability description doesn't really have any 'game altering' mechanics. You could change that or I'll give one for you. Taosun too.
If I could, I would do six tomorrow.

*Ability description (max 2 sentences): Will install and send in malware and other corrupting software to the opponent. Deals 30 damage (damage increases if the opponent has much more health) or 40 to any tech-based opponent (mainly relies on technology to run) and any electrical or software-based attacks are disabled for 2 turns.
