Now started with User Control Panel, the effects would be massive, no longer will you be able to change your time, signature and other things, it will be devastating and the User Control Panel will be missed.

I'd say Mossy would definitely be missed, but it wouldn't be as big of a thing as like, for example, if Simonia did.
