The accord is a coalition that has one mission. Liberation. The security council is ineffective in the field of making peace. The accord will recruit WA members to coordinate liberation of occupied regions. All WA members are welcome to join the Intercontinental defence accord and help us liberate frontiers. Non-WA members are also welcome as strategic minds.
