DRAFT - Commend Testlandia

Hi! I need help writing a draft!

Here is all I have;

Shocked that our benevolent and totally non-totalitarian OverStates, the ones that have established laws using power above that of the General Assembly, and resolved incidents using said divine powers;

Thankful for all divine tests commenced by the target, and the subsequent actions preformed from said divine tests;

Noticing the popularity of the target in the International News;

Appreciating the time spent on this Earth, helping turn it into the place it now is;

Hereby Commends Testlandia for a job well done.

I'd imagine that commending the Testlandia account is not something the SC intends to do, but assuming it did, this draft is very lacking.

Besides the obvious "you should get permission from the target first", a C/C requires a great deal of research into its target. Vague statements don't really work.

Basically, you need specifics. What exactly has the target done that warrants a C/C?

It’s virtually impossible to commend Testlandia for non-staff reasons as the nation hasn’t really done anything else, so this is probably a non-starter.

Additionally, you need to have more content within a commendation since it's supposed to showcase a nominee's achievements. What has Testlandia done in a non-staff role that warrants it? If you do the research, then you should make a persuasive case.

I know it hasn’t been marked illegal as yet, but it will be.

What if you wrote the entire commendation as a test of the feature itself? Then it would have no actual content that would count towards the rule against commending admins for admin work.
