Minor grammatical issue with the "Edit Signature" menu

It kind of seems pointless to edit phpBB's core files for something that minor. Especially since the site admins are planning to ditch phpBB eventually.

It should be noted this is the phpBB Team's wording, and they're the ones who created this software. I also use "is" and not "was" as the same grammar is used in the latest versions of phpBB3.

Or set it back to 255 characters, phpBB's default setting for "Maximum signature length."

Edit: I'm joking of course. Even phpBB.com changed their setting from default to 800.
