Here are some videos of Alawites being killed. They are rather graphic so if you would want to avoid that type of thing do not click on them. There are others out there. HTS as an organization seems relatively disciplined and more focused on establishing control but these Syrian National Army guys are doing most of the massacres that are occurring right now. Fortunately they don't seem to be organized or done with the aim of ethnic extermination yet.

I haven’t clicked on any of the links so cannot confirm or flag any specifically, but would it be possible to get a thread trawl of the Ukraine thread to check for similarly NSFW content, and maybe the Gaza thread too? I know the site has to strike a balance for people trying to post newsworthy content with appropriate warnings, but I think the drone and social media footage situation from several warzones is generating so much content that a new level of vigilance from Moderation is required (as unpleasant as it is to have to ask our volunteer staff to wade through that sort of shit). Especially as a site that theoretically allows minors to view its content, I think this needs to get elevated as a priority.

I can perform the trawl in the Ukraine thread, but I'll have to leave the trawl in the Israel-Gaza thread to someone uninvolved. Please let us know if you happen to see anything in particular. At the moment, the plan is to just go through the whole dang thing - at least on my end.
