The Security Council,
Recognizing that Security Council Resolution “Hereby Injuncts Empires Forever United” was passed with the intention of protecting the region from external incursions and ensuring the safety and self-determination of its native community,
Acknowledging that such measures were designed to preserve the unique cultural and political identity of Empires Forever United during a time of great uncertainty and turmoil,
However Noting that the Injunction as it currently stands permanently prohibits the region of Empires Forever United from converting to or from a Frontier, regardless of the desires or decisions of its native community,
Concerned that this restriction undermines the core principles of sovereignty and self-governance that the Security Council seeks to uphold, as it denies the region’s nations the ability to adapt their governance model in response to changing circumstances or collective decisions,
Further Concerned that the Injunction creates a precedent that could lead to similar restrictions being placed on other regions, effectively curbing their autonomy and locking them into governance models that may no longer suit their needs or aspirations,
Observing that the resolution does not allow for any flexibility or reassessment of the Injunction based on future developments within the region, thereby treating it as an irreversible decision that imposes a permanent status on Empires Forever United,
Believing that the Security Council’s role is to protect the rights and freedoms of regions without overstepping its bounds by enforcing permanent mandates that limit regional self-determination,
Asserting that the native nations of Empires Forever United should be empowered to determine their own future without being bound by an external resolution that does not take their evolving needs into account,
Further Asserting that repealing the Injunction would restore the region’s autonomy and enable its native community to pursue governance decisions that reflect their collective will and aspirations,
Highlighting that repealing the Injunction would not compromise the Security Council’s ability to intervene in the future, should Empires Forever United face genuine threats or occupation that warrant international action,
Concluding that the continued enforcement of Security Council Resolution “Hereby Injuncts Empires Forever United” is both unnecessary and counterproductive to the principles of freedom and self-determination,
Hereby Repeals Security Council Resolution “Hereby Injuncts Empires Forever United.”
