"What Is This All About?"
The Orcuo Protectorate League (OPL) is a pact with the purpose of offering protectorate status to sovereign states while still keeping their national autonomy. It does this by merging each individual member states military forces into one, in which the forces are distributed fairly across the member states.

We’re glad you asked! Your military will be absolved into one of the world’s largest military forces, period. This ensures that your nation will never be threatened by any nation, state, terrorist organization, rival political faction, or World Assembly inspectors ever again! And you won’t have to worry about managing it! The Orcuan government will do that for you! In addition, your market will become expanding territory for the Orcuan arms and manufacturing industries, some of the biggest in the world!

The Orcuan Protectorate Clause
Clause A. The sovereign state dissolves its military or military equivalent and merges the personnel, weapons, supplies, and other tangible assets from it into the Orcuan Military; to which Orcuan forces will be disrupted throughout said state to protect it.
Clause B. The sovereign state will contribute to the Orcuan Government, at minimal, the government funding going towards the military; the amount of funding determining how much protection the sovereign state will receive.
Clause C. The sovereign state allows its government to be moderated by the Orcuan government and enforce said moderations.
Clause D. The sovereign state surrenders its ability to declare war on other nation states without the approval of the Orcuan government.
Clause E. The sovereign state agrees to change its official national pre-title so "Orcuan Protectorate".
TL;DR | We get control of your military, will give you military protection in occurrence with how much your government (in funding) gives to ours; partial control of the government (so you don’t rebel against us); and change your pre-title to "Orcuan Protectorate."
