[QUERY] Categorisation and Classification of a Topic

So I have this topic created and locked. Point is, I understand why, because it really looks like a roleplay. Though it isn't. I am running into pickle here, it is not classic raiders-defenders type of thing, neither roleplay. But it is about "inner" regional politics. How should I had classified it, and put which forum?

This must be misunderstanding, whole point of Dawnbreakers is about making change in RMB and contribute regional politics of the Europe.
