Article I: Creation of the Commissionership
1.1 The Commissioner of the CSL will be established as the Executive Authority of all Subdivisions of the CSL
1.2 Grants the Commissioner the authority to hand out suspensions and bans to any nation following an infraction
1.3 Grants the Commissioner the authority to hold other public office in the Covenant Shores
Article II: Who can join the League, and who cannot
2.1 Allows all nations, even those outside the Covenant Shores, to join the CSL
2.2 Forbids any non-christian state from joining the CSL
Article III: The Subdivision Commissioners
3.1 Establishes the offices of Commissioner in all Sports (See Article IV for list)
3.2 Gives the Subdivision Commissioner the power to ban and punish an nation in their said sport

OOC Note: For Article II, Section II, your nation doesn't have to be christian, just you yourself to sign up. To sign up, state nation name, and the sports you will be competing in. Eventually when we have enough nations, I will launch seasons for each one, with maybe 1 or 2 going on at a time depending on how much actual time I have.
