Don't think this thread type has been restarted for a while.

Basically, what are your general thoughts about the above nation? Stuff you like? Stuff you don't like? First impressions? Current impressions? Compliments? Criticisms? Just any thought you have that you want to express to the above nation about their nation. Basically, this is meant to be more broad than other threads where you are supposed to only compliment a nation, etc.

BTW, please don't just say 'I have no thoughts' as that would be severely not fun and would quickly run the thread into the ground.

My first thoughts are that it's another fun nation based on a franchise, which is something I like. It has cute anime characters in it too. I don't know pretty much anything about Nikke and never played it, but I can learn some lore from AN.

It’s cute and interesting! I like how kawaii it is, but I also like how it has detailed lore and history. I also like that it’s dystopian despite its appearance.

Absolutely love the bait and switch. When you skim read through and base judgements on the flag and asthetics alone it seems like a normal nation. Then you scroll down and actually read through and realize the truth.

Honestly, my first thoughts of Boldonia were that the nation was very meh and average. It didn't peak my interest due to it being a fairly common archetype of nation seen all over this website. Not saying that's a bad thing, it's just not the sort of stuff I really enjoy to read more than once or twice. So, I'm not really well versed in the lore of your stuff. However, the current setting for Boldonia is intriguing. Granted, I still haven't delved into it mainly just because I wasn't super familiar with Boldonia's old lore so I don't have a lot of attachment, it's still a setting and story set up that peaks my interest.

I love the portrayal of the Astels as being an aimless people wandering the unknown world with little in the way of keeping history is like lost children. Furthermore, they seem to be a middle balancing force between the excesses of Garlond and the Idyllor's penchant for genocide which I found nice. The sense of tragedy from the Alice War fits the aesthetic well I'd say.

I love the aesthetic you're trying to achieve with Marintelia, the writing in your factbook(s) is superb and overall it is an idea I should've considered when making my first nation. Absolutely lovely stuff so far

Hmm... no factbooks yet for being a nation of 500 mil, and it seems like more of a joke nation than anything that is a huge fan of Bill Cipher.

But I'm interested in the direction it takes.

It's honestly like reading what a fever dream feels like. Even in the past, I wasn't really that into the meme-style nations. Call me humorless or a buzzkill or whatever, but I just never found them particularly funny. Sadly, that's pretty much all I've got in terms of thoughts about Jorsania. I guess, I hope more gets built onto the lore, but I don't know if it'll be for me even with more stuff to read about.

Its very intersting that they manged to write lore based of a game for gooners. I also like the fact that they have some what intersting lore and the user is nice enough not to rude and I dont have a hate twords them.

I don't know them all that much, but I believe they are inherently polite and kind and don't really have a grudge against anybody in this player. As for their lore, I think it is decent writing and has the potential to go at the limit of AN's imagination.

Everything about their nation seems lovely, the artwork in the factbooks is stunning and is worthy of applause

However... I do think the flag displayed in the overview factbook is much better than the one they are currently displaying. Just my thoughts, though!

This is my first time seeing the AN. From what i can tell they are a nice person, as for the lore not much can be found but the map they have is rather nice to look at and is cool.

Honestly, I don't know how to make heads or tails of your nation. German inspired, but also a galactic empire that holds disjointed land in Africa, Norway, Sweden, and North Korea? Strange. That being said, the worship of war seems like it would have some interesting folklore (also, nice KOTOR reference with Atris there.)

Note to BN: this nation is fairly new. I'd be curious to think if you find my nation's concept to be interesting at all. Thanks!

Quite interesting honestly to think about a world where germany goes left instead of right after WW1. I am interested in seeing how the lore plays out and I hope you have a bright future on this game.

The nation is pretty new but it's an interesting concept. You don't often see Weimar Germany even mentioned in most alt-hist German nations and especially not one in the state that the GPF is in. It's an interesting concept for sure and the factbooks seem decent for what they have inside them. My opinion is positive.

Though I didn't interact much with Sardinia-Sicily, I like how AN developed a theme-aligned flag. And my impression is that AN is interested in Italian history.

Imperial Octavia gave me the feeling of the aggressive assimilator build on Stellaris and 40k feelings from it. The flag is striking and conveys the theme well upon my first impression.
