Almost everyone you meet online, everyone you get into arguments with, hurl insults at, get flamed by... are good, friendly, kind people in real life. Remember that the person, the nation, the name you're addressing exists behind the screen. A life of their own; problems, joys, fears and secrets.
They are just as unique as you are. Their opinions do not make them inferior. Neither do yours. Attack the war, not the conscript.

I checked, and the boneyard only seems to show the dispatches of the ex-nation, not whether they had a card or not.
(btw are you the totally not an arlandian spy)

If you don't see a card on the boneyard page of a nation, that nation doesn't have a card.
Take a look at the boneyard page for Morover, for example. A nation that ceased to exist after Season 3 started:

Ex-nation card: https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/ ... 6/season=1
Card of a CTE nation: https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/ ... 1/season=3
Note that ex-nation cards are not necessarily of CTE nations, Noahs Second Country has an ex-nation card in S1, but is very much a nation that still exists. While Annihilators of Chan Island does not have any ex-nation cards in all three season, but is CTE.
