So, i've seen that Orcuo DEAT'ed, but when i check around in Forum 7 Threads, i notice that Orcuo is still there. Is there a reason he got unbanned? Or should i say, UnDEAT'ed?

From the telegram that I received, moderation decided that the original punishment of DEATing Oruco and Not Orcuo was too harsh, thus revoked it.
