Given that they claim to live in the US, and are responding to a thread that relates to the US presidential election, all that their not being able to vote until 2032 implies is that they won't be able to vote in the 2028 election, which makes them anywhere between ten and fourteen years old*.

*Or rather between nine years and eleven months old, and thirteen years and eleven months old.

Yes, they would have to be fourteen today to both be born four days after a US general election day while first being able to vote in 2032.

There is no minimum age for Ns itself, but you have to be atleast 13 to access the forums
