Alright everyone, welcome to the IC thread for the ICN. First order of buisness, who will serve on the upper council. We will be using Ranked choice voting and you may not vote for yourself. You have three choices and the top 5 for now will serve on the upper house (Will be expanded to seven following more members).

B.S Rant: Interesting. How do you ensure your nation will remains stable internally however? You have had an long history of coups and civil wars and we would like to have some form of insurance in case something happens again.

"Either way here is our votes from most to least:

1. Sardinia-Sicily - 5 votes
2. Doslonsu - 3 votes
3. Scandoslavia - 2 votes



Sardinia-Sicily has the most votes, because they have been a long time ally of ours for a good while. Doslonsu we are still conflicted on, so it gets the middle ground of the votes. Scandoslavia has the least votes, because they're not really on good terms with us for some reason."
