Background

Some news are worth keeping to oneself. That was just the case when the leader of Elanore [Queen Abby Schwarenbach] publicly announced to having uncovered significant amounts of iron, diamond and painite. Unearthed in the southern mountain regions of Elanore. This mountain range begins just short of the border with the Federation of Nation M, and expands north toward the center of Elanore. Peace has existed between the two nations for nearly as long as their inceptions, with minor border incursions by rogue gangs operating within the Badlands region of the Federation. Mostly held in check, these groups have largely been contained - though the wall's would be breached for the first time in nearly 5 decades. Intelligence reports within the Federation have pinned blame on a new terror group, which they claim has originated in Elanore. A violent separatist movement called Saliset has risen, using black market trade within the Badlands to build their terror network and control swaths of land worth billions. They claim it's their indigenous lands, and they seek autonomy.

This RP is intended to world build, since Elanore shares a border with Nation M. Note, this is a fully canon RP. Elanore is the Co OP. Other nations are welcome to join with the understanding that:

A: Tracking the terrorist group back to Nation M can only be speculated, with no definitive proof. Disregard
B: Nation M can not be invaded.
C: Elanore's Northern areas can not be invaded.
D: OOC questions can only appear in the OOC thread

RULES

No God-mode.
No puppets allowed.
No large scale wars, this would be comparable to Nagorno Karabakh/Chechnyan War/IRA-UK Conflict and Rhodesia to name a few examples.
Orbat limit: 1,000 ground troops and a realistic amount of air/ground support vehicles.

Hey so my nation's leader is Queen Abby Schwarzenbach and the terror group is called Söhne Des Lichts (SDL). You can see my map on my primary factbook and as well as my geographical factbook, so here it is



If for any reason you do not like the name of the group I can change it. Easy easy! Geological activity is being done at this very moment so we can commence at the official television announcement. Abby would get on and give details about where the findings were and how much the excavation team is estimating the worth. Let's see so do not use bombs on my primary cities on the map. So as to be fair let us just assume there are smaller towns and enclaves along the main corridor that leads to the point of interest. Armies and tanks can get around easily on the roads that are mostly soil off roads that are much more narrow as well. High mountains are very rocky like limestone slates and granite with snowy tops. Now we can say that it is around spring time and snow is melting midlevel of the ranges. Melting snow making the rivers current much stronger than usual with melting ice in the rivers edge.

I’m not good with terrorist group names. But since your nation is Islamic and Christian you could venture that direction. The intelligence agency is using the “Saliset” gang. This gang operates within the badlands. I will post a map on the OP.

That sounds good, make my guy get in contact with the drug lord and then he can handle the underworld stuff. While the Nation M government and military make contact with the cooperation's Rangers requesting there assistance with the battle against an insurgency in Elanore.
