In the ICN you will take up the role of your foreign ambassador and together the nations involved will establish international law as well as Military Intervention. Similar to the UN Security Council in that way however, instead of 5 main members, there will instead be a council of 7 nations in the Upper Court, and everyone else will be in the Lower House. Lower House Nations can propose bills and if that bill gets 1/2 of the nations to agree then it will be sent to the upper house where if 4 of the 7 agree it will be passed. No Upper House Nation can Veto by themselves but an Veto Inquiry can be launched with a court hearing being held where both sides will make their cases in front of a randomly selected jury. Upper House Nations will be elected by all nations every 1 year (Every IRL Week) with all nations allowed to pick 5 and the top 7 will be moved into the Upper House or will keep their seat. Speaker will be selected by a vote between the 7 nations with whoever comes out with the most winning the speakership. Alternatively any nation can decline an upper house seat if elected and the seat will pass to the nation with the next most votes.
