I was wondering what was the circumstances regarding 0cala being unpuppetswept?
I have read that they already have a history moderation wise and have been puppetswept and from best knowledge, no one gets unpuppetswept.
And had I committed the same offences as them, I would most likely not have been given a dispensation to revive my thousands of puppets if I appealed successfully

Your last assertion is incorrect. If Moderators hand out a punishment that they later judge to be incorrect (either because no offence was committed or because the punishment was not appropriate) they will reverse it. In this case two recent puppetsweeps of the player were reversed as the punishments were felt not to be appropriate.

First off, the nations were revived by Moderators, not the player - this required around 5,000 manual Moderator actions to restore the nations and update the warning records. Secondly, I am unaware of why any particular special situation would apply to you and thus result in you being treated differently. Again - when Moderators make a mistake they will endeavour to reverse it. If the mistake involved deleting thousands of nations erroneously, they would be restored.

A puppet sweep is when every nation of a player is deleted. You can tell most of the time if a Ceased To Exist nation was deleted by a moderator if in the boneyard it says "disgraced". Un-puppet-swept is reversing that process, restoring those nations and un-disgracing them.
