The Way Sun Cooperation would like to make it clear it will not surrender its own citizens to be slaves to weaker nation and there threats of war. Anyway attempt by your nation to attack or take cooperate citizens will be met with proportional repsones, last time a cooperate citizen was kidnapped a few city blocks were demolished to send a message.

Here's the great thing: you don't need to surrender your own citizens! Isn't that an excellent deal? Got some prisoners of war you want rid of? Got a few too many refugees? We'll take them. However, I must object to your misguided belief that Monkchester is somehow weaker than the 'Way Sun Cooperation'. In fact, Monkchester is significantly stronger than your 'cooperation'. Were a Munkcestrian kidnapped, a lot more than 'a few city blocks' would be the price the kidnappers would pay.

Monkchester might (for the sake your the OP) be stronger. But the Way Sun will be fighting alongside a coalition. We (for example) use slave labor, and enslave our enemies. This would feed into our own slave market - and being the Way Sun is a Corporate/regional and military ally, they would stand to benefit as well.

It is irrelevant how many signatories your 'proclamation' has. How many governments subscribe to the Amistad Declaration? We defy it all the same. The slave trade is alive and well, however much you would prefer otherwise, and that will continue to be true regardless of whatever ineffectual actions you may take.
