Lonely virgin communities are a feature, not a bug, of the internet. While most incels speak English (regardless of whether it is or not their mother language,) there's an interesting subculture in other languages.
Germanophone Incelosphere 
This is an interesting case, as (at least according to mainstream media,) there are quite a lot of females in the German incelosphere. More interestingly though is the fact that despite being incels they have feminist, woke tendencies. An example of an incel community in Germany is Aybees, which at a simple glance just seems like a milder version of 4chan's r9k but nowadays is being influenced by the mainstream, seeing feminist sexologists and NGOs using this forum to expand their agenda.
Another German website is Kohlchan, which is the birthplace of Wojaks and Polandball. Kohlchan is the one that brought the actual, Anglic, incel culture to the German incelosphere. But, since many young men in Germany know English, there seems to be a trend to migrate to English forums.
Italophone Incelosphere 
The Italophone is interesting in the fact that they have their term, 'brutto', to designate italiancels. They went as far as making their own equivalent of Chad, Tommy, (though there is an argument to be had if the more correct term is Giggino, which seems to have more history in the forums.)
Italiancels tend to believe their country is the worst off regarding incelibacy, with females in the boot being extremely selective and narcissists. But literally every incel says this about their home country, so it's hard to take them seriously on that.
Italy is also the first country to have a premium incel website, Forum Dei Brutti, which charges 5 euros for a lifetime subscription. This I expect not to become popular. Many incels can't afford to pay for this, many incels get blackpilled by lurking, and many incels enter the forums on secret to avoid their parents knowing about them getting blackpilled. Making a paid website is against the blackpill's doctrine. Il forum degli incel seems to be a free alternative.

It's well known that Russia's incel community is fairly bigger than people give it credit for, and before the 2010s it was a completely separate thing from the English incelosphere. Communities such as 2ch's /rf and /sex helped spread the blackpill in the biggest country of Europe and made their incel glossary, including Hikki as a synonym for incel and Alfach/Ivan as a synonym for Chad. I wasn't able to find any Russian incel websites.
My Opinion
We, the Spanish incelosphere, are underdeveloped compared to the rest of the world. Even I began knowing about this community from Reddit. We have let the females lobby for terms such as "femicide" to be not only accepted but dogmatically a "problem", which only means that the death of a women is more grievous than that of a man, hence implying the life of a woman is more valuable than that of a man.
The closest we got to a Hispanic thriving incel community was Hispachan but it never took off and became more of an alt-right thing. We also had a bunch of incels in Taringa! but they seemingly faded away after the website's closure.
I am quite nostalgic for proper adaptations of terms from the incelosphere, but examples such as Germany's show that we ought to unify the incel community under the English guide. And if it means just using terms such as "Chad" and "Incel" despite incel communities having their own, in order to appeal to the masses, then I guess it's a worthy sacrifice.
