Issue Writing

Hi! I want to write an issue (like the one where you have to solve your nation's problems). I was reading through a lot of old posts and they were saying that I needed at least 50 million people. I have 180 million people, yet I don't seem to be able to write an issue. Should I be able to write an issue, and if so, where do I go to do such?

Come on over to the Got Issues sub-forum, and make sure to read the Got Issues FAQ & How To Write An Issue thread.

Once you've brushed up on that material, you can start drafting in that forum, and when you reach 250 million population you'll be technically able to submit your work.

The requirement was changed at some point. Old posts are old and the information they contain may be outdated

Like a year ago I had a nation (I restarted, cause it sucked and was in the boneyard and I couldn't find its password) and I was able to but I didn't think I had 250 million people so that's why I asked.
