The Charkara Marathon Signup Thread
Format
As per the typical Marathon format, the Charkara Marathon is a mass start featuring every athlete on the start line with their appropriate team. The elite athletes in the Charkara Marathon are representing their nation and their final times count towards their overall team score. The final results will include individual times and team times, with team scores being based on the team’s top three overall finishers.
It should be made clear that this tournament has only one cutoff. This is different from most tournaments on this forum featuring several cutoffs and you should plan your roleplay accordingly.
Scorination
Although the Olympiad has a split category for men and women, the Charkara Marathon will be scorinated collectively. Feel free to enter a mixed-gendered (or, of course, mixed-species) team.
The race will be scorinated with xkoranate 0.3.3 using the Men's Marathon category. You should post both a roster and a roleplay to earn a full RP bonus. I'd like to reiterate that there is only one cutoff, and lots of time will be given to get in your roster and roleplays before then.
AI-generated content is allowed for roleplaying but will not be scored for your RP. Any AI-generated content (including images) must be appropriately cited or your RP will not be scored.
Signups
Each nation may sign up ten (10) athletes. The first listed athlete will be your ace with a higher base skill than the rest of your team. Feel free to enter however many athletes you’d like, but note that only teams with more than three athletes will be considered for a team score and athletes may be susceptible to achieving a DNF.
The registration deadline is Saturday, December 14th, 17:00 UTC.
You may enter one declared puppet in the Charkara Marathon.
