No. They still can't join any other sinker. They still are banned from all the sinkers. They just get unejected.

Loops are favourable in Web servers and Video games under certain conditions. These ones in particular:

1. It is properly terminated. Meaning that it doesn't use a "goto" statement, rather a "while", "for", or "do+while" (in C terms).
2. It does not cause an infinite loop. Termination (ejection) ends the loop, making the process itself unable to reach an infinite loop.
3. There is a clear purpose. The purpose is providing means of sanction prior to a ban.

What you (and the ^ with cracks living in the walls) seem to be suggesting is that a race condition would somehow be possible to achieve.
You are thinking in a user-facing paradigm. The machine sees datasets being moved in and out of memory. Mere fact of its possibility in re-entering the same memory after a cycle is not an issue in the Web application (or continuous game logic and rendering).
While it sounds like a Systems (due to memory persistence) and Network (due to caching) nightmare, we are not on those layers here.
