Guess AN's least favorite nation

As implied by the title, make an informed guess on what nation AN would like the least, based on varying factors such as it's lore, positions or previous interactions. Maintain a semblance of civility, and if one guesses correctly, be sure to inform them of a hit.

As for UCP, i am of the belief that he holds us all in equal contempt.

I feel as though Terra da Cinza’s least favorite nation is Simonia. There just seems to be an undercurrent, and they’re starkly different from one another.
