You are such a crybaby [...] all you do is lock threads and be a bitch to people, nobody likes you, you aren’t cool, you lock every thread for stupid reasons, often times not giving a reason, [...] all you do is sit on your computer all day on NationStates, locking threads at a rate 5x higher than any other mod [...] stop trying so hard to impress people, literally nobody like you.
Have a good day

I am driving a 2003 Jaguar XJ8 which I got from a very neglectful owner; it is now (finally) running well. https://www.flickr.com/photos/193424809@N02/54153706436/in/dateposted-public/

That's a great specimen, how is the reliability? I know Jags can be very hit and miss in that regard. Have you been a Jag man for a long time?
by Qaumodeen » Mon Nov 25, 2024 11:56 am
When I got it, it was running reasonably well; it just seemed a bit rough. It turned out to have bad injectors, the wrong spark plugs, which were installed finger-tight only, air leaks before and after the filters, a bad MAF sensor, and the PCV hoses leaked as well. Now that these are fixed, it runs smoothly and accelerates like a dream.
I consider the fact that it ran at all, let alone as well as it did when I bought it, to be a tribute to Jaguar engineering and reliability. Long-term, it needs some suspension work in the rear and detailing both inside and out, but those can wait until I have paid off the repairs I had done already. For a vehicle with over 200k, I am very satisfied.
Jags, from what I have read and seen so far, are a great car to drive and a pain to fix.

I dont have a particular car I wish to drive, but the car I have fits the type of car I like pretty well. Im fortunate to have it, won it in an auction for relatively cheap.
