Title is self explanatory, what is a group of rebels in your country and how big of a threat are they?


Normal: Nothing to cause concern, and they can be dealt with fast

Alpha: Although not a cause for major concern, they could pose a serious threat if not controlled


Bravo: A moderate threat to the empire/nation and has shown time and time again they are dangerous.


Charlie: At this point the rebels are slowly transforming into a centralized and organized like military and pose a immediate threat

Delta: A local and fully organization of rebels, this means you are currently fighting a rebellion.


Mine: A group of Vindi aliens from our water-like planet "Vindi" are a Alpha level threat. They are as of now not deemed as a huge threat but due to them retaking the planet at one time, we recognize them as potential bigger threat in the future.

[Bilancorn]

The closest thing is the communist party of Bilancorn, currently outlawed. I think it can be considered a normal threat level, since their leader is behind bars and they havent done terrorist attacks in the last 5 years.

There are also some minor fascist movements, but they are even less threatening, as they are not that organized.

[Rylland]

The most notable are the Udong City Front, which is considered Delta Threat Level, since these rebels destroyed 90% of the city's infrastructure and killed 78% of the city's population. They also recieved support for the Dilaw Insurgency Forces, whose threat level is at Charlie, however, many people still considered it as Delta, due to the fact that they occupied 95% of the Dilaw District and 1% of Udong/Utrechberg District.

[The Greater Solev Union]

Our highest Risk Group are probably Pro-Russian Separatists in Karelia, Murmansk, Pskov and St. Petersburg (both Oblast and City) under the North Russian Liberation Front. They are a Normal-Threat Level, as we are negotiating with them. See the Banner of the NRLF used in Negotiations and spotted in Combat.

We have 2 with these being the Italian Republican Liberation Army which can be described as delta level and The Sicylian Independence Movement which is normal with little to no backing.

[Raiding puPpeT]

The Free Kaldenia movement is probably our biggest rebel group. A Paramilitary organization that former president Galenik Guldap. He was the final leader of Raiding puppet when it was not a colony, then called Kaldenia. It has around ~500,000 members. It is a Threat level Charlie as they have a division of Armed people. Mostly former military personnel and 3 former officers. However they are on the outskirts of Baklak which is on the very outermost part of the island of raiding puppet. It would be a bigger threat but the military has dealt with rebels before. Such as another Kaldenia movement called "Braknel Dakley Rakla" which roughly translates to "Come and Destroy" in the Kaldenia language more specifically the Halka Dialect. It was a similar size to Free Kaldenia but had more weapons. Raiding Puppet destroyed BDR (Braknel Dakley Rakla) in a war ~30 years ago with small casualties in the raiding puppet army.

[Republica Federal de Catalunya]

None active. The last active anti-government armed group was Bandera Roja Red flag terrorist organisation that caused circa 100 victims during the lead years in 1970-1985 But the organisation didn't dissolve until the end of the Cold war.
Today the Major terrorist organisation is DAESH. That is considered a danger Alpha level my country is in level 4 of 5 of terrorist alert since Oct 7th 2023.

Another historic terrorist organisation was the FAI anarcho-syndicalist remnants that after their defeat by the Government during the civil war they resorted to guerrilla action until the mid 50s

[Rhanukhan]

Name: The NNV ("Neue Nivogalese Volksarmee"/"New Niahvogalese Peoples' Army")

Threat Level: Normal

Details: Formerly located in south-east Eruhan, the Niahvogalese Federation was destroyed in 2008, seemingly as a result of a disastrous flaw in their extensive nuclear arsenal. Despite this, two recently founded island territories in the Eruhani Ocean survived and were inherited by Rhanukhan when business mogul, Constantine Malachite, made the Niahvogalese colonists a remarkable offer. If they would grant him governorship of their two islands on behalf of Rhanukhan, the impressive resources of Malachite Evolving Enterprises would be deployed to create all the currently missing infrastructure. The islanders accepted and the new Rhanukhani province of Lehpuhrta & Currakhan was born.

The island of Lehpuhrta has since developed its own extraordinary story. Meanwhile, in Currakhan a separatist movement named the "Neue Nivogalese Volksarmee" seeks to secede the island from Rhanukhani control and establish a remnant sovereign Niahvogalese nation. The organisation has never really recovered from the time it was discovered to be in league with the alien Symyano during their invasion. The NNV leaders at the time claimed ignorance of who was supplying their weapons, but the incident cost them a lot of support at home and abroad.

Despite the occasional terrorist action, the NNV poses no serious threat beyond being a perennial nuisance. Whenever its leaders are arrested or eliminated by the Rhanukhani National Security Agency new leaders take over and continue their campaign. Dwindling popular support and membership mean that their days are surely numbered, however.

The rebel forces in our nation are united under the banner of The Democratic Front. They consist of anti-monarchists, socialists, liberals, anarchists, and some rogue military assets. Their threat level is high, and they control a significant amount of a province in the south of the nation, including the 6th largest city in the country.

Armed anti-government groups are subject to mass destruction by the armed forces. Any opposition is prohibited, and its organization entails the highest measure of punishment by firing squad, alas and ah. The opposition is mainly made up of former democrats and communists.

The only rebels in my nation are some Communist ones, as I have banned far-right and fascist parties from my nation. They would be considered an Alpha threat, because even though they are very easy to deal with, they could do something serious if they were able to.

[Shanghuaxia]

With control of up to millions of superclusters in the entire cosmos, Shanghuaxia deals with numerous rebels across numerous planets every day. Thankfully the overwhelming majority are alpha-level threats and are seen as mere nuisance, though some groups do pose a bravo-level threat to the empire. Regardless, most of the time the Imperial Guards is responsible for dealing with rebel organizations on a daily basis and enforcing law & order across Shanghuaxia, but when these rebels start becoming more stubborn then the Taishenjun (military) would intervene.

[Dyrrhonian Isles]

A known group of rebels in the Dyrrhonian Isles is called "The Freeborn." They seek to overthrow the Diarcesian monarchy's presence and establish an independent republic in the mold of the French. While they have gained some support among disaffected citizens, their numbers remain relatively small compared to Diarcesia's local Mundana Forces deployment.

Currently, the Freeborn poses a moderate threat as they continue attempts at destabilizing local governance through sporadic acts of sabotage or protests but lack significant military capability for large-scale confrontations against dieretic authorities.

Organization: The Xerxian Borderlands
Threat Level: Charlie (High, bordering Delta)
The Xerxian Borderlands, commonly shortened to TXB, is a rebel "rogue nation" that hides in underground abandoned settlements across the border regions of Xerxias. They directly oppose the government and monarchy, have launched attacks against the military, and are actively revolting. While it's not a full-on war yet, tensions are terribly high.

They have previously launched several attacks, several of which have resulted in large amounts of military destruction. The most recent of which, an attack on Aslaris Base, utilizing a powerful missile donated by the neighboring country of Czesfjord, has resulted in a national crisis, leading to the deaths of 90,000 military personnel, 10,000 civilians, and the destruction of several military vehicles, explosives, and arms. They have taken a significant hit to their population due to chemical warfare (claiming 1/4 of their members and wiping out entire settlements at once) but they are relentless in their fight against the autocracy.

1. "Kral’s Chosen"

STATE CLASSIFICATION: Terrorists
THREAT LEVEL: Charlie

DESCRIPTION: The Kral’s Chosen are a group of religious fanatics which believe that all foreigners and non-Shek must be slain to reform and protect the land of Kral, they formed after Queen Esata made peace with the United Cities during the War of Bone, with them believing that Esata, though Usurped the throne in righteous combat, is a false Queen, and is unworthy of taking the mantle which Kral had once owned.

KNOWN ACTIVITIES: Battling foreigners, attacking trade routes, attacking patrols, dehorning foes.

2. "Band of Bones"

STATE CLASSIFICATION: Barbarian Warlord State
THREAT LEVEL: Bravo

DESCRIPTION: The Band of Bones is a Warlord State which split off from the Shek Kingdom during the War of Bone, where they were ultimately a non-threat, the Band of Bones became relevant very late into the War of Bone when Tora the Gutless, their leader, and the Band of Bones army was Dehorned, (in Shek culture, dehorning is a sign of dishonor only done to warriors who have shown extreme cowardice or lost in battle.) usually Shek who are Dehorned are forced to give up the blade, never to fight again and live as a servant. Tora, instead of giving up, embraced the dehorning, believing that warriors, even when dishonored, dehorned, and defeated, can still fight, the Band of Bones would soon become popular among many dehorned Shek warriors, which was when they became a problem. Nowadays, the Band of Bones is constantly committing acts of banditry, murder, etc.

KNOWN ACTIVITIES: Banditry, Attacks on Settlements, Attacks on supply routes, Ambushes, Smuggling(alleged), Illegal occupation of Cities.

The Unionist Phalanx of Rustoira would be classified a Bravo level threat, they have been responsible for several bombings and shootings during political rallies and they have turned to violent terrorism more than ever since their ejection from the Democratic Convention (the Unionists used to be a political party however were removed due to their terroristic tendencies)

[The Galactic Empire of Zimbabwae2]

Locally, Normal, in fact, less than Normal by this definition; The Rebel scum have been crushed beyond comprehension as far as the eye can see, in this sector.

The problem is that its hard to conquer the the entire known Galaxy, you know?

Across the Galaxy, Delta threat does indeed exist, and I would have to admit: we are in fact fighting a rebellion

[Diarcesia]

The Ikuyoite separatists present in the northern parts of the dieresis of Ikuyo call to secede from Diarcesia and become an independent nation.

Threat level: Alpha

[The Infernum]

Three such organizations come to mind:

The Knights of the Harrowing: Threat level - Delta. A group of holy knights who plunged their own mountain fortress into Hell in order to take the fight to the demons. The Knights are the most organized and successful resistance to the power of the Infernum, having managed to hold out for near a century. They control a small portion of the 5th circle and have hidden fortresses and redoubts across the pit.

The Broken Chain: Threat level - Bravo. A group of mortals opposed to slavery. They attack torture palaces and slave pits, freeing their victims. Mortals are absorbed into their ranks while the damned are set lose to distract the demons.

The Dis Liberation Front (D.L.F.): Threat level - Alpha. Another band of mortals who have the quite ambitious goal of taking over the Free City of Dis and transforming it into a haven for mortals. While small scale and secretive now, they could grow into a threat if not dealt with. Too bad the city has so many other problems on its plate...

[Doslonsu]

As of now, we have a Bravo Level threat coming from rival gangs and mobs who want to overthrow The Black Lions, and our leader, Zavier "The Boot" Ucci. Many people consider him to be strong, excellent, but an illegal leader, in the sense that he did threaten the parliament to take control of the nation. Rival gangs still want to overthrow him. The legitimates are trying everything in their right to stop all gangs from participating in government affairs, but that effort has been to no avail.

[Kibiri]

There are two main rebel / terrorist / freedom fighter organisations in the Eternal Empire of Kibiri, both backed, armed and trained by the rival People's Republic of Karhas Reborn.

Neither organisation falls neatly into any of the categories set, but tend to fluctuate between Beta, Charlie and Delta over time. There is also often a divide between how both organisations are portrayed and the reality on the ground, with the organisations played up as more dangerous than they are at times to justify increased military spending, and downplayed as weaker than they are at times to project the strength, authority and invulnerability of the Empire.

[Omarios]

Only one significant rebel group remains in Omarios with a moderate threat level, known as Duroof.

Duroof started of as a communist opposition group in the mid-late 50s and has since been a nuisance to the government and public safety. While the group was heavily armed and engaged in hit and run ops, extortion, kidnappings, and terrorism in general between their inception and the early 90s, since then they’ve been largely dismantled and decentralized, often acting as individual cells under one large umbrella. Duroof started suffering heavy losses after the government shifted their doctrine in dealing with them, resorting to assassinating their known leaderships both within and outside Omarios, so as for executing any captured members. In general, the Omarian government started using dirty tactics against the group itself, often giving intelligence and security agents the green light to operate however they want while conducting operations against their members. This resulted in said official government agents kidnapping family members of Duroof dissidents, conducting gang style drive-by shootings against their members, and even outright torturing them on the spot after capturing them. This new strategy put a lot of pressure and fear within the group’s lines, and largely aided in minimizing their influence, causing them to go heavily underground, in contrary to how openly they opposed the government prior to that.

[Cerespasia]

Though not considered as "Rebels", various armed militia groups across Cerespasia have not been far from government discussion since the 19910s, especially after these militias became more organized and better armed.

The Holy Army of The Lord (HATL), founded in 19944 and disbanded in 19959, and the Kronenadler Wardens (KWM), founded in 19951 and only officially disbanded and outlawed in 19968, are two Alpha-level militia groups closely aligned with either far right ideological movements, hardline conservatism as well as apocalypse survivalism/endtimes overcomer mentality. Both of these groups were the two largest and most powerful armed militia groups Cerespasia has ever seen. These same groups too would even share the same fate of being disbanded at the behest of the National Government.
