You know, being an emperor or a galactic chancellor is pretty cool, but there's been quite a lot of them recently, don't you agree?
Maybe you use unique names for aristocratic titles and government positions, adding additional flavor to your state? For example, your head of state is not called president, but palatine, seneschal, or mesason. Or maybe you came up with a unique name? I'd be happy to hear your ideas.

The office of Judgemaster is a title not known outside of TurtleShroom. He serves as Speaker of the Congressional Duma, shepherding bills and working with committees, as well as Chief Justice of the Supreme General Court. The office of Judgemaster is appointed by the Crown and the Judgemaster serves for life.

Unsure if this is unique but Veznula has a Viceroi/Viceroiess as leader of the nation even though been independent for near a century. It's a holdover from when we where a colony and nobody cared enough to change the title after independence and it's tradition now anyway. So the title was kept for our elected official.

The Democratic Convention is the legislative branch of the Rustoiran Government sort of equivalent to the US Senate, members of the Convention are called Servants (because of the idea that their work serves the nation), each Servant is placed into an Interest Group based on their political beliefs which in turn have their own political parties, leaders of political groups are called Speakers (ex: Speaker of the Conventionalists), while most Parties use President as an official term for their leaders, some don’t (ex: the Syndicalist Party doesn’t have a leader and instead elects a representative to serve the parties interests)

There is some unique titles/names afforded to the tribal chiefs of the United Realms. The Mapuche Confederated Tribes, the nationally recognized tribal nation in the United Realms, is comprised of ten tribes ruled by longkos, meaning "chiefs" in Mapudungun. One of the tribal chiefs is elected by popular vote to serve as longkalüpüra, meaning "high chief"; in Spanish and English, this individual is referred to as "president". And while nearly all powers and responsibilities are vested in this "president", the King or Queen of the United Realms, as head of state of the tribal nation, is longkantü, meaning "sun chief".

The Coronian Free Cities' federal government is led de facto by the Congressional Majority Director, elected from whichever political party currently holds a majority in the Coronian Congress (currently the Republican Socialist Party), while the individual Free Cities are governed by municipally-elected mandates. Provisional mandates nominated by Congress oversee Coronian frontier territories.

The head of my country is called Entelmarch. Entelmarch translates from Aelarch as "Earth Hegemon" and simply means the coolest and most god-blessed emperor.
The head of government appointed by the Entelmarch is called Proedros.
